Best new build of its kind and in comparison to say that of Phoenix, excellent land space and the house is build to a nice standard. AND Old Harbour has not toll charge on the highway exit 🙌🏽
OMG did you just say having grill on windows and door is LUXURY. ... Nonetheless, WHIM is pretty similar to all other developments out there. Cookie cutter shape, but they are up there in land spacing provided. At $85,000, this is really not bad.
I like this unit but fixtures aren’t modern for a new house, bathroom is small doesn’t match house at all. But yard space is excellent. Still prefer Phoenix Village community thou with the exception of the smaller lots in Phoenix 2 phases 1-3 lol
These houses are a nightmare. Since I’ve moved I’ve experience so many faults, and not to mention the constant JPS outages. Also there isnt a complete perimeter wall.
