Thousands of people are fleeing the South Sudanese city of Bentiu as government forces advance on the rebel-held city. Bentiu is strategically important because it's a hub for the country's oil-producing region. The US says it fears the young nation could descend into civil war. The BBC's Alastair Leithead reports
