Doesnt the rock bottom look like a very well built boat ramp,,,, almost manufactured,, totally different rock, perfectly aligned with the sea wash. Is there something buried under there?

I'm a Geologist. Definitely a sink hole.....the whole area has numerous karst features associated with the limestone that dominates the area.
My. Gambier is laced with sink holes. They are great to investigate if you ever find the time.
