As soon as the sound of the waves hit your ears, you felt your shoulders relax, felt the residual tension of the city float away as if washed by the sound. You park on a secluded cliff overlooking the water. The vista is framed by palm trees and gently fluttering beach grasses, and the sea and the sky seem to extend forever. You build a cheery little campfire and settle in to watch the colors of the sunset smear across the sky. The sky grows dark, studded with more stars than you’ve ever seen. You put another piece of wood on the fire. The air is mild and you are content to sit here and watch, to soak in all this peace: the light of the fire dancing on the side of your little van, lights twinkling; the smoke drifting upward and intermingling with the rustling palm fronds above; the stars smiling down at the wondrous expanse of the ocean below. First of all I just subscribed, you are IMMENSELY talented. I am in love with ambient videos on UA-cam but your sceneries are the best, bar none, thank you for them. I don't know if you took suggestions but just some things I wanted to request since you are so freakin' good at this: 1) Some more space/spaceship ambiences. Some of my most calming ambiences since I work from home include server rooms, spaceships, that sort of thing. I saw you had one and it was great, things like those would be fantastic 2) Hauntingly beautiful scenarios - Like a medieval dungeon, or a tropical storm at sea. 3) Historical ambiences - Sitting by a bunch of monks meditating, or sitting by a campfire while hearing a group of natives singing in the distance. With halloween coming I'll try to do some darker feeling videos. Can we take a moment to just appreciate the smallest details? With the wind moving the leaves and branches just so and the waves not only having motion, but realistic motion that you have to really look to see, the stars just sparkling. It's so obvious that you put so much effort into making your videos not just relaxing but as realistic as possible. It can be enjoyed with and without the visual. The effort and passion is evident and wonderful. Every little detail is so spot on it's almost as if you set up a camera somewhere. I can't get enough of this. True talent.

I owned many little vans in 🇯🇵 and camped all over the placeーfrom the mountains to the sea, and many valleys in between. Last month, here in WA State, I got a 26 foot RV & continue to live in the forest. 😎

I just left a competitor's video of crickets at the beach. It was soft and soothing awhile. Then I woke up to Kartmann from South Park screaming four-letter expletives. After skipping that I settled back in to bed only to hear a screaming Tractor Supply ad within 3 minutes. Thank God for Calm. Your name says it all.
Sitting in my apartment dreaming about being in a place like this. Checks few boxes for me. 1. Love the beach. 2 Love the fire. and 3. Love the vintage camper. Doesn't get better than this. I can picture myself being here right now. Feeling relaxed already.
Best beach soundscape I've found yet! The crickets are superb, the fire is present but not overwhelming, and THE WAVES! The waves are completely random in strength, duration, and occaision. Thank You for this wonderful experience!
Looks like the campground in the Keys I stayed at so long ago...daughter was 4, one of the best times in my life. That's exactly what our campsite looked like. What wonderful memories. This is nice. Thank you.

I can’t believe how vivid the scene was in my head while I was meditating to this. It literally brought tears to my eyes.. At the end of my meditation I put my screen on full brightness (it was very low before I started the video and I couldn’t see much) and I am even more impressed with the animation. You should be proud of the work you create, it’s so beautiful ❤️
I own a VW campervan and we camp in the dunes of Lake Ontario each year. I play it at night on my TV and this video keeps those memories alive when we can't get there. Thank you for creating and sharing this.
Thank you so much for this. Last month, my wife and I celebrated our wedding. We took our honeymoon to the ocean, and were blessed with getting a hotel room practically right on the water. We woke up every morning and went to bed every night, to the sight and sounds of the ocean waves. I miss it, and it's only the first time I've been to the ocean. So thank you. Thank you for bringing me back to my new happy place.

The Beaches of NC are calling my name. 🏖️🌅😎🌊 But last Friday I had my tonsils removed. This is the MOST PAINFUL recovery I have ever had to experience in my life. I've been in and out of the hospital/doctor appointments for the past 2-4 days. It hurts to talk and swallow. I feel I may never, ever, ever recover. The summer season has barely begun for my family, and now because of this surgery I won't be able to experience each and everything we have planned. For now I'll watch videos like this and dream of days gone by.
This has been a wacky year, thus far. The image and these sounds bring me to a great place. Thank you for posting. Makes me think there are far away worlds where people truly enjoy life.
this sound takes me back to when i spent a week in nassau, and stayed on the main island. i was laying on the balcony once and fell asleep. slept the whole night outside. woke up to a warm breeze and the sound of the water. best sleep i ever had. i miss it

About 15 years ago myself & girlfriend went to Prince Edward Island for a week . Had a Mazda truck with a camper I built. One evening we found this neat little spot on a secluded beach & stayed there for 3 days. Your video looks exactly like that spot. Excellent work on your creations.
I love your summer ambiences!! Especially the 4th of July where you hear and see the fireworks go off in the distance over the lake. That one is by far the rarest ambiences out there!!

I’m going to listen to this at school to help me calm down as I’ve moved from near the ocean to a city and I’ve had this once before a few years ago before we moved and I’m happy I get to experience it again even if its not for real.
This is the best. Two of my favorite things- campfire and the ocean. Now if only there were some way to have a scenario that had waves, cracking fire, and falling snow? Not sure where that might be possible but that would be amazing!

Having been born in Southern California and spent nearly the first 23 years of my life on the West Coast, this does bring back memories by closing my eyes and listening. I'm a new subscriber--your "Christmas Music In Another Room" was recommended to me by YT--and I have enjoyed everything you have done so far. I appreciate the detail paid to the visuals as much as the audio--I'd guess that's a '76 Westphalia camper with a vintage Coleman metal cooler there--and the combined experience reminds me when I'd drive my '76 Chevette--my first car--out to the beach in Lincoln City, Oregon, to watch the sun go down in very late summer, long after the tourists had gone home. My Father, Who Was In The U.S. Navy, Traveled To Germany, In 1972, And Purchased A Brand New, 1972 Volkswagen Westfalia Pop-Up Campervan, Under Volkswagen's " Tourist Delivery Program ". Many Military Personnel Had Their Volkswagen Vehicles, Eventually, Shipped Back To The United States Through The Volkswagen Tourist Delivery Program. It Was Solid, Bright Orange With The Orange Vinyl ( Or Was It Leather? ) Tire Cover Covering The Spare Tire On The Front Of The Campervan. We Called That VW Campervan " The Orange Pumpkin ". We Traveled All Over Europe In That Camper. Me, My Parents, And My Older Sister And Brother. Being The Youngest, Smallest, And Lightest, I Slept In The Pop-Up " Hammock " Cot. Paris, France. Vienna And Salzburg, Austria. Germany. Belgium. A Lot Of Spain And Portugal, As Well. Even Morocco. We Traveled Everywhere, In Europe, In " The Orange Pumpkin ". My Father, Eventually, Sold It In The Late 1980's. It Was In Incredible Condition. From The Time He Purchased It, In 1972, My Father Washed That Campervan, Every Weekend, And Waxed It, Once A Month. It Looked, Almost, Brand New When He Sold It. While We Had It, My Father Did Have To Replace The Original 1,971 C.C., Air-Cooled, Flat-Four Engine And The Original Transmission, Though. Wondering if you've ever done, or would consider doing, a mountain cabin by a lake at night? I've searched your videos, and I haven't seen one. Only one from a porch but it's raining. I live in CO, so I'm picturing one as if you're sitting on a porch of a cabin, or in the yard like the night beach house one, and looking out at the lake, with mountains in background, and there's a campfire, background noises of others at the lake, but no rain. I love this video. I traveled with my mother in a VW Pop Top Camper like the one you show. We went "adventuring". We would start off with a destination but if we saw something that looked interesting off we would go! We had so much fun! She loved the ocean. I miss her very much...

I used to have an 80's model VW Westfalia, very much like this, and I have to tell you, it will require a great deal more upkeep and maintenance - and the performance is quite poor - compared to a normal, modern car; but the trade offs for cross-country free roaming and camping bliss was totally worth it. No other camper van has the same design, ergonomics and character of the VW. I'd love to find another and convert to electric. The best part? Unlike a massive RV, you can drive right into the heart of any city and park like any other car. You can even stealth camp if you have to. It's worth the trouble to get to pristine spots like the ones depicted here.

Don't let the lapse or editing be overly obvious and 4. Have it play for a long time for people who crash out quickly and insomniacs to equally enjoy. 5. It needs to make sense. Evie the Cat and I fell fast asleep to this last night ~ I'm getting her used to the sounds of the ocean for when we move back to SF! :) Such a perfectly pleasant little getaway, one almost forgets I live in a landlocked state. But since the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic, I have not been on trips with friends for a long time, can only talk on video calls. I just left a competitor's video of crickets at the beach. It was soft and soothing awhile. Then I woke up to Kartmann from South Park screaming four-letter expletives. After skipping that I settled back in to bed only to hear a screaming Tractor Supply ad within 3 minutes. Thank God for Calm. Your name says it all.
Sorry that happened. Unfortunately that is becoming very common. Many channels are now run by greedy companies that are trying to maximize profits.

I can’t believe how vivid the scene was in my head while I was meditating to this. It literally brought tears to my eyes.. At the end of my meditation I put my screen on full brightness (it was very low before I started the video and I couldn’t see much) and I am even more impressed with the animation. But last Friday I had my tonsils removed. This is the MOST PAINFUL recovery I have ever had to experience in my life. I've been in and out of the hospital/doctor appointments for the past 2-4 days. It hurts to talk and swallow. I feel I may never, ever, ever recover. The summer season has barely begun for my family, and now because of this surgery I won't be able to experience each and everything we have planned. For now I'll watch videos like this and dream of days gone by.

About 15 years ago myself & girlfriend went to Prince Edward Island for a week . Had a Mazda truck with a camper I built. One evening we found this neat little spot on a secluded beach & stayed there for 3 days. Your video looks exactly like that spot. Excellent work on your creations.
I love your summer ambiences!! Especially the 4th of July where you hear and see the fireworks go off in the distance over the lake. That one is by far the rarest ambiences out there!!

I appreciate the detail paid to the visuals as much as the audio--I'd guess that's a '76 Westphalia camper with a vintage Coleman metal cooler there--and the combined experience reminds me when I'd drive my '76 Chevette--my first car--out to the beach in Lincoln City, Oregon, to watch the sun go down in very late summer, long after the tourists had gone home. Program ". Many Military Personnel Had Their Volkswagen Vehicles, Eventually, Shipped Back To The United States Through The Volkswagen Tourist Delivery Program. It Was Solid, Bright Orange With The Orange Vinyl ( Or Was It Leather? ) Tire Cover Covering The Spare Tire On The Front Of The Campervan. We Called That VW Campervan " The Orange Pumpkin ".
We Traveled All Over Europe In That Camper. Me, My Parents, And My Older Sister And Brother. Being The Youngest, Smallest, And Lightest, I Slept In The Pop-Up " Hammock " Cot.
Paris, France. Vienna And Salzburg, Austria. Germany. Belgium. A Lot Of Spain And Portugal, As Well. Even Morocco. We Traveled Everywhere, In Europe, In " The Orange Pumpkin ".

Wondering if you've ever done, or would consider doing, a mountain cabin by a lake at night? I've searched your videos, and I haven't seen one. Only one from a porch but it's raining. I live in CO, so I'm picturing one as if you're sitting on a porch of a cabin, or in the yard like the night beach house one, and looking out at the lake, with mountains in background, and there's a campfire, background noises of others at the lake, but no rain. I love this video. I traveled with my mother in a VW Pop Top Camper like the one you show. We went "adventuring". We would start off with a destination but if we saw something that looked interesting off we would go! We had so much fun! She loved the ocean. I miss her very much...

I used to have an 80's model VW Westfalia, very much like this, and I have to tell you, it will require a great deal more upkeep and maintenance - and the performance is quite poor - compared to a normal, modern car; but the trade offs for cross-country free roaming and camping bliss was totally worth it. No other camper van has the same design, ergonomics and character of the VW. I'd love to find another and convert to electric. The best part? Unlike a massive RV, you can drive right into the heart of any city and park like any other car. You can even stealth camp if you have to. It's worth the trouble to get to pristine spots like the ones depicted here.
