I have really bad insomnia and times like now I get stuck where I JUST can’t sleep. Especially without my seroquel which I don’t like but it’s the only thing that’s been helping last few years. So I’m constantly searching for things like this that help stop my mind from racing. I’m using my iPad to cast this my tv so im not super focused on the video at first, it’s the sounds and this one made it stop.
