Tool is all about the vibe. I really wish more people would be ok with with chill songs. Not everything has to be tech to the max and fast and epic. Playing Tool songs is generally a joy. Great tones, fun riffage. Good times. If you're not nodding to the beat of a Tool song by the end of it, I'd question all of your music taste.

Tool songs are not really hard on technique, but the timing can be complex. Look up jambi the timing looks like it changes alot.
BTW I know you use keesil guitars, but what do you think of the Gibson les paul Adam Jones signature.
