Nice informative video & great playing. I love that you always do your research before. This guitar brand definitely deserves more attention - and so does your channel!
Nice video. I bought my first Maybach guitars in 2016. At the moment I own a Teleman T61 Red Rooster Aged Custom Shop, a Teleman T68 Thinline Custom (Vintage White), a Stradovari S 61, a Lester Goldtop 57 P 90, a Lester Havana burst 58, an Albatroz 65-2 PAF Wine Red and one of the first Capitol 59 antique burst aged. All stunning guitars. Rock on Krenar!
Hey Bert! That's one nice collection! Congratulations. I would love to see myself with the same collection in the future! Starting with a Teleman T68 Thinline Custom in Caddy Green! Cheers buddy!
Congrats ! Over a thousand subs now, you deserve ten times that. Very nice guitar, and as usual very nice playing Krenar. I am lucky enough to own four T type's now. Two semi hollow G&L Asat's, one American custom build Bluesboy and one Indonesian Classic Tribute model. Two Fenders, one American Ltd Edition Cabronita and one American Deluxe Tele.
Greetings! Im born and live in the Czech republic. I play electric guitars for 16 years already and only few weeks earlier found out about Maybach guitars. I am blown away guitars like that are built in my country, however it is a shame they do not have a single dealer in Czechia! Thats so sad that Czech musicians even do not know about them… I contacted the workshop directly and they are gonna let me see the guitars, but in case I like them, I need to order it from Germany.(
Always wanted a Tele and I think I'll get myself a T54 in Miami Green once I have the money for it; they're just too beautiful... I also like the light ageing, which I'm normally not the biggest fan of, here it seems to be done just a little bit to accent the vintage feel. Great video and great playing!
@@KrenarCilkuGuitar actually, if I might ask: did you ever had or saw a guitar from them in 'vintage cream', so their white color irl? I think I like it better than the green, but I don't really know what tone of white is it... On some pictures, it looks like a normal white, on some almost a little yellow-ish, more 'creamy'. Saw that you have played and seen some so I thought I might ask ^^
@@broncoxy hey, I've actually reviewed an Albatroz in Vintage Cream and it leans more towards being white and I believe the T54 in Vintage Cream tends to look white in real life as well. Hope this helps, cheers!
@@KrenarCilkuGuitar If the music store in my area has one, I could see it myself, but as this isn't too realistic, I have to rely on the things I read and see online, so thank you!
As the bridge is a standard Tele-style three-saddle design, are the saddles compensated to be adjustable for individual string intonation or are you setting the intonation with the saddles set for two strings?
It's a vintage spec bridge and there is no compensation going on although I did not have any big issues setting up the intonation. I did upgrade the bridge on my Squier to a compensated Gotoh with 3 saddles and it's way easier to get it on point. With this one you have to fiddle a bit to get it right enough. As I said in the video, it's totally vintage inspired so this is as close as you can get to a vintage guitar. Cheers buddy!
Bought my T54 a year ago. I’m still blown away by the build quality. Really light (2.9kg) and extremely resonant. I agree, it sounds a bit ‘softer’ than your average tele. Works perfectly for me. For this price, you won’t find a better instrument.

Hey Pieter! Yes, it does sound softer and I think it has to be the Pine body that makes it sound like that. They are amazing instruments, cheers!

Charles, thank for the kind words my friend!
Nice to be introduced to a cool new brand. What's the weight on this one?
Welcome! I would say it's not more than 3.5kg although I haven't measured it properly. Cheers!
Suhrs have the same Wilkinson bridges... nice axe, Krenar!

Thanks!
I play with a maybach T54 since tree months, it's a fantastic sound better all telecaster fender i had play since 40 years.

I just cant get on with relic guitars, to me they feel fake which when you think about it they are
Understandable, these things are totally subjective. I personally like the vibe of slightly aged guitars. Cheers!
@@KrenarCilkuGuitar as with women i like em non-aged and mint.
