Cat litter for part of the scenery? A new one on me. Cat litter is only ever used by cats and kittens in a litter tray, as far as I'm aware. Be careful if you're using the cat litter for scenery parts, as certain types of cat litter can prove very messy to use. For example, I think there's a powdery type that can spill everywhere, and you'd have a lot of cleaning up on your hands. I'm not saying don't try it, do by all means. Just try not to make a mess with it, that's all.
