I don't think you should use the billets as refinements. Instead, I think you should make one craftable of each the Inazuma and Sumeru catalyst. The Sumeru one gives ER and would work well on a burst heavy character in a hyperbloom comp (like Lisa, would look sweet with the skin too). The Inazuma one is commonly put in like a taser comp. I don't remember if the bow or the catalyst is the one you get from the conch shell gambling house on the northern coast of the central Inazuman island. One of the craftables is a week of gambling. But I think you should get those for the variety option.
*cough* There’s a comment on a previous spells only, but for hyperbloom Lisa, I’d suggest crafting the Sumeru craftable catalyst “Fruit of Fulfillment”, which gives 45.9% energy recharge at lv90, and the ability gives 120-180 elemental mastery based on refinement. With good ER substats, it’s not that hard to get a 200% energy recharge 1000 EM build. This lets you use her burst as an off-field hyperbloomer, have Nahida be the off-field dendro applier, and Barbara or Mona as the on-field applier. I use a variant of that and use C1 Collei as the off-field applier on my wishless account edit: you’ll have to hold down her skill for energy so it’s still painful, but it works, I can clear Lisa’s side of floor 12 at 9* clearing pace consistently, but my other half is too weak for now
Or the opposite (Sca Frags) Which consists of Kokomi, XQ, and Nahida. You can use 3 of the units as the mains ones to mix match the reactions (although Lisa will be the prime trigger for Electro charge and hyperbloom. ) Her energy requirements should be at least 135%. There will be more than enough energy to get her burst back, but in case you can't, you can still use her as the trigger for auto while the other provide the necessary energy and support elements for her to trigger. (Usually I have Nahida or Kokomi when burst is active on Lisa, otherwise its mainly her when it isn't active (Also the double quick ER generation for her skill can be usefull)

Also, wishless accounts are much more restricting, since Xingqiu loses access to the favonius and sacrificial swords His best sword is the 3* sky rider sword that you can get from an NPC Sac Frags is the second best EM catalyst, but also locked behind gacha, and would be better off on Yae. Yae, Xingqiu, Nahida, Zhongli is a really good hyperbloom, and Yae’s normals are better than Lisa’s because they sweep forward instead of Lisa’s direct hit normals. Though since he has access to gacha weapons, he could just run favonius codex on Mona to battery for Lisa. I’d still argue that fruit is his best choice so Nahida still has access to magic guide though, since the ER buff is insane, and losing 80 EM isn’t that impactful. If he gets his Lisa to lv90, he should still do 29k with 900 EM hyperblooms, which isn’t much weaker than the 30-31k hyperblooms from 1000 EM
@Tyrant Works Barbara isn't so efficient than xinqiu. If we talk consistency, XQ blows her out of the water. His Skill works the same as barbara you don't use his autos at all. His burst provides tons of hydro, and damage as well. So it's the better option. Yelan works too, but unless you have C1, it's less effective (but not much of a difference than XQ. )

I use it R5 and the healing is good enough to get me through abyss on a non-healer character like mona or ning, can recommend. hakushin ring is also a pretty good catalysts for Mona/Lisa/Barbara in electro teams (for example in Java's team it would be good on Mona)
I definitely recommend using sucrose on a hyperbloom team since she can give a good amount of EM- My hyperbloom team can hit 44k blooms with Nahida and Sucrose's buffs (granted this is Kuki doing the hyperblooms but Lisa could most definitely hit that especially with her ascenion scaling with EM)
One way you could improve your damage is to use 4pc Deepwood Memories on someone in that team, probably Mona or Nahida. It shreds Dendro resistance, which affects hyperbloom damage. Maybe something to work on in the future.
Just a tip: it would be way better to put the sacrificial book on Lisa since it has a huge amout of EM max level and let's you use your skill twice from time to time which would help a lot with her energy If you want her to do damage beyond Hyperbloom (Aggravate) Mappa would still be the best choice imo

Regarding the billets, if you want to keep using Lisa for hyperbloom, the sumeru craftable Fruit of Fulfillment is quite good on her. It gives both ER and EM, practically the only two stats you care about on your hyperbloom trigger. You're also pretty much fine keeping it at R1. Getting it to R5 gives you only 60 more EM which isn't really worth the billets. Also, I'm from a couple hours into the future. Still no Kokomi rerun in sight, sorry.
As a Lisa main, this made me really happy :D Also, try Lisa-Klee overload team with sucrose and barbara if you ever get tired of dendro, I use that team and everyone just dies so quickly, plus we have 2 batteries, a dps and a healer.
Kaeya main reporting to duty, out of the starter trio Kaeya seems to be the one who gets the most love, but I would still love to get a new skin for him...

as a catalyst enthusiast, for future purposes, higher refinement for prototype amber on kokomi is good. i use r2 90 on her and just put her on field and its just continuous healing (just make sure u have the clam set on her to have dmg). but thats for kokomi investment... u can also use yae and klee as off field for elemental reactions
My Lisa has a higher em at 550( with Nahida's weapon) and she is also DPS at 50% c rate 153% crit damage along with 1900+ attack. She can do high enough damage by herself + hyperbloom is indeed cracked. To be fair I've been a Lisa main since the beginning though, and farmed for over a year to maximize her. Now I have two piece gilded two piece wanderer.

You could also craft hakushan ring with the billet and put that on Lisa and use her as a buffer, then whenever you cause a reaction with either dendro or hydro it gets boosted
When you switched Mappa and Magic Guide Nahida was hitting 2k less per crit tri-karma proc (7k vs 5k per crit) but you got 1k extra hyperbloom. Since you generate two cores per bloom proc, and ideally you're triggering all blooms, then it's more dps with lisa hyperbloom on a boss or 2 or fewer targets since not every nahida passive crits. But in a multi-target scenario since the tri-karma damages all linked enemies, nahida would pull ahead. So I would try really hard to pull sac frags so that you don't have to make them share like this
If you give Lisa full Paradise set it will increase her bloom dmg by at least 10k! My Raiden had 935 em with random artifacts would hit 21k blooms. I got her full em paradise set that puts her at 937 em and she now hits 33k blooms 💜
The difference is that Raiden can proc the cores off field and very quickly. Lisa's only consistent why of procing hyperbloom is by using charged attacks, which are both slow and heavy on stamina use. Her skill never hits the cores and her normals and burst are very RNG for procing it. Her damage per hyperbloom wouldn't be any worse than Raiden's but you'd get less than 1/4 the amount of reactions per rotation. Lisa and Yae just aren't very good for hyperbloom. They are better off in aggravate teams.
Tips: - If you only care about hyperbloom damage and aren't using Sucrose, Lisa can use Sacrifical Fragments.. Then Nahida can use magic guide again - You could also craft the Sumeru catalyst for hyperbloom, since it has ER as it's substat and the passive gives you a good amount of EM. So kinda best of both of what Lisa needs - If Lisa has ~1000 EM you don't need to max Nahida's EM too, since her buffs scale on the character in your party with the highest EM. So then you can just focus more on damage artifacts for Nahida (like a crit circlet)
Java if you collect all the crimson agates you can get a catalyst blueprint from upgrading the tree in dragonspine called "frostbearer" it has attack substat!
Not sure if you were already doing this, but using 4pc deepwood to lower enemies' dendro res will increase hyperbloom dmg (also doing it on any enemies with lowered resistance to begin with), and also other em buffs like Sucrose or 4pc instructor

Regarding the Heizou situation you could play Heizou Lisa Barbara and a flex character(Like TTDS Ningguang or something IDK) Then use Yae Hyperbloom(Yae and Nahida) with Mona as a healer(or when Kokomi/Baizhu(who is a rumored catalyst user) comes) Also since EM damage scales off levels, I think levelling Lisa and Nahida to 90 will help
Basically use Barbara's E skill then use Sucrose to swirl Hydro with her Q. Swap to Lisa, press E, Q, then swap to sucrose, press E then use heizou and press E then Q. Hyperbloom team: Place Mona's skill down, use Nahida E and Q, then bring Ningguang on field, place her construct and walk through it, swap to Yae and press E and then Q
You should try to get the Fruit of Fulfillment for Lisa (it will match her new outfit) but i don't remember how many of the aranara quests you have to do. Passive: "Obtain the "Wax and Wane" effect after an Elemental Reaction is triggered, gaining 24 Elemental Mastery while losing 5% ATK. For every 0.3s, 1 stack of Wax and Wane can be gained. Max 5 stacks. For every 6s that go by without an Elemental Reaction being triggered, 1 stack will be lost. This effect can be triggered even when the character is off-field."
as ANOTHER LISA MAIN, barbara can help substitute for kokomi in a lot of cases including hyperbloom. if someone is doing a hyperbloom with lisa (cant apply to spells only sadly) yaoyao and collei are a good sub too
Transformative reactions like hyperbloom and swirl get around a 30% damage increase from character level 80-90. Very much worthwhile. At level 90 and triple EM mainstats you should have no issue hitting 29-30k hyperblooms. You could also try throwing 4pc instructors on Mona for another 120EM. Hyperbloom pretty much soft caps around 30k per core unless you have things like additional dendro resistance shred (Zhongli shield) or Nahida's c2. Without those you can get a bit higher than 30k but the amount of EM needed is pretty impractical and not really worth the time/resin investment. Sadly there is no great hyperbloom trigger for catalysts. Nahida applies so much dendro that it is hard to swirl electro making even anemo units hit or miss for it. For Lisa the most consistent why to proc the reaction is by using her charged attack (cone AOE). It is rather slow and uses to much stamina though.
I think for the billets I think it would be cool if you had a episode where your running around unlocking the recipe’s for the other catalyst you can create same on swords only
At one time, you had a dendro, electro anemo and geo team and said it didn't work. You are most right, but you could also use it as like a Yae Miko Hypercarry. Nahida has the dendro for yhe quicken Reaction. Heizou uses The VV artifact set to swirl electro lower resistance and also proc aggrevate (Sucrose would be better) And Ningguang you put a full Archaic Petra set on her! Electro is the only element that on your team you can crystallize, so you'd get the 35% elemental damage buff pretty easily, plus throw on Prototype Amber and you have yourself a healer/burst dps Ningguang as well as crystallize shields. The best part is that Yae Mikos Pillars are doing damage the whole time you are swirling crystallizing and aggrevating, so you can either keep her sort of off field, or you can play her on field and use normal attacks and such. Ok I lied, the best part is that you can use Liza instead of Yae Miko if you really want too
I’m a Heizou and Ningguang main and they are amazing dps characters, I think you sometimes use wrong characters for dps role, maybe consider these two… Heizou can smash like crazy, new set will be fine, sucrose into his team for green anemo set, and any other double unit that performs nice reactions. Ningguang team would love Mona for her buff and works good - I mean with no interruptions - with denrdo reactions. Team composition matters in genshin the most 😅😅 You’re still doing great though it’s just small improvement which probably will make you feel less stressed

I think it''s one of her stronger skills if I remember right, might be good to test out. Nahida's Q also gives EM boost, so having that up will help a lot. As long as Nahida's EM is 1000 or over while her Q is active, everyone will get the maximum buffs.
Some tips to increase your hyperbloom damage : 1. Level up Lisa to 90, transformative reaction scale heavily with character level and EM 2. Give someone a deepwood 4pcs 3. Put 4pcs instructor set to someone 4. Put higher EM substat weapon, Sacrificial Fragment in this case works great (its okay if you stay on mappa mare if you don't have it) 5. The last thing is just an obvious 4pcs GIlded or FLOP set with decent EM roll
Java a new possible challenge: Like your genshin “pokemon” video, a genshin run where you can ONLY use the mascots (baron bunny, oz, Ushi, kokofish, sayu’s burst for anemo)
as a lisa main i advise you to use her charge attack or non-charged elemental skill and then do that 3 times to get 3 stacks and then do her fully charged elemental skill and then u get maximum damage

You get the bow from the shell gambling, you get the catalyst from finishing the quest that lets you empty the pool by the Shrine.

hyperbloom is a transformative reaction, and defense shred doesn't affect its damage. Only resistance shred does

as a catalyst enthusiast, for future purposes, higher refinement for prototype amber on kokomi is good. i use r2 90 on her and just put her on field and its just continuous healing (just make sure u have the clam set on her to have dmg). but thats for kokomi investment... u can also use yae and klee as off field for elemental reactions
“I had the revelation I should become a Lisa main” me when I found out Dendro busts Electro damage
My Lisa has a higher em at 550( with Nahida's weapon) and she is also DPS at 50% c rate 153% crit damage along with 1900+ attack. She can do high enough damage by herself + hyperbloom is indeed cracked.
To be fair I've been a Lisa main since the beginning though, and farmed for over a year to maximize her. Now I have two piece gilded two piece wanderer.

When you switched Mappa and Magic Guide Nahida was hitting 2k less per crit tri-karma proc (7k vs 5k per crit) but you got 1k extra hyperbloom. Since you generate two cores per bloom proc, and ideally you're triggering all blooms, then it's more dps with lisa hyperbloom on a boss or 2 or fewer targets since not every nahida passive crits. But in a multi-target scenario since the tri-karma damages all linked enemies, nahida would pull ahead. So I would try really hard to pull sac frags so that you don't have to make them share like this

If you give Lisa full Paradise set it will increase her bloom dmg by at least 10k!
My Raiden had 935 em with random artifacts would hit 21k blooms.
I got her full em paradise set that puts her at 937 em and she now hits 33k blooms 💜
The difference is that Raiden can proc the cores off field and very quickly. Lisa's only consistent why of procing hyperbloom is by using charged attacks, which are both slow and heavy on stamina use. Her skill never hits the cores and her normals and burst are very RNG for procing it. Her damage per hyperbloom wouldn't be any worse than Raiden's but you'd get less than 1/4 the amount of reactions per rotation.
Lisa and Yae just aren't very good for hyperbloom. They are better off in aggravate teams.

Tips:
- If you only care about hyperbloom damage and aren't using Sucrose, Lisa can use Sacrifical Fragments.. Then Nahida can use magic guide again
- You could also craft the Sumeru catalyst for hyperbloom, since it has ER as it's substat and the passive gives you a good amount of EM. So kinda best of both of what Lisa needs
- If Lisa has ~1000 EM you don't need to max Nahida's EM too, since her buffs scale on the character in your party with the highest EM. So then you can just focus more on damage artifacts for Nahida (like a crit circlet)
Java if you collect all the crimson agates you can get a catalyst blueprint from upgrading the tree in dragonspine called "frostbearer" it has attack substat!
Not sure if you were already doing this, but using 4pc deepwood to lower enemies' dendro res will increase hyperbloom dmg (also doing it on any enemies with lowered resistance to begin with), and also other em buffs like Sucrose or 4pc instructor

Regarding the Heizou situation you could play Heizou Lisa Barbara and a flex character(Like TTDS Ningguang or something IDK) Then use Yae Hyperbloom(Yae and Nahida) with Mona as a healer(or when Kokomi/Baizhu(who is a rumored catalyst user) comes)
Also since EM damage scales off levels, I think levelling Lisa and Nahida to 90 will help
Basically use Barbara's E skill then use Sucrose to swirl Hydro with her Q. Swap to Lisa, press E, Q, then swap to sucrose, press E then use heizou and press E then Q.
Hyperbloom team: Place Mona's skill down, use Nahida E and Q, then bring Ningguang on field, place her construct and walk through it, swap to Yae and press E and then Q

You should try to get the Fruit of Fulfillment for Lisa (it will match her new outfit) but i don't remember how many of the aranara quests you have to do.
Passive: "Obtain the "Wax and Wane" effect after an Elemental Reaction is triggered, gaining 24 Elemental Mastery while losing 5% ATK. For every 0.3s, 1 stack of Wax and Wane can be gained. Max 5 stacks. For every 6s that go by without an Elemental Reaction being triggered, 1 stack will be lost. This effect can be triggered even when the character is off-field."

as ANOTHER LISA MAIN, barbara can help substitute for kokomi in a lot of cases including hyperbloom. if someone is doing a hyperbloom with lisa (cant apply to spells only sadly) yaoyao and collei are a good sub too
Not sure if anyone has said this yet, Nahida's burst shares EM which is why you were seeing spikes in Hyperbloom damage

Transformative reactions like hyperbloom and swirl get around a 30% damage increase from character level 80-90. Very much worthwhile. At level 90 and triple EM mainstats you should have no issue hitting 29-30k hyperblooms. You could also try throwing 4pc instructors on Mona for another 120EM. Hyperbloom pretty much soft caps around 30k per core unless you have things like additional dendro resistance shred (Zhongli shield) or Nahida's c2. Without those you can get a bit higher than 30k but the amount of EM needed is pretty impractical and not really worth the time/resin investment.
Sadly there is no great hyperbloom trigger for catalysts. Nahida applies so much dendro that it is hard to swirl electro making even anemo units hit or miss for it. For Lisa the most consistent why to proc the reaction is by using her charged attack (cone AOE). It is rather slow and uses to much stamina though.
I think for the billets I think it would be cool if you had a episode where your running around unlocking the recipe’s for the other catalyst you can create same on swords only

Ah yes, Barbara us my favorite chibi pyro dps and arsonist.
At one time, you had a dendro, electro anemo and geo team and said it didn't work.
You are most right, but you could also use it as like a Yae Miko Hypercarry.
Nahida has the dendro for yhe quicken Reaction.
Heizou uses The VV artifact set to swirl electro lower resistance and also proc aggrevate (Sucrose would be better)
And Ningguang you put a full Archaic Petra set on her! Electro is the only element that on your team you can crystallize, so you'd get the 35% elemental damage buff pretty easily, plus throw on Prototype Amber and you have yourself a healer/burst dps Ningguang as well as crystallize shields.
The best part is that Yae Mikos Pillars are doing damage the whole time you are swirling crystallizing and aggrevating, so you can either keep her sort of off field, or you can play her on field and use normal attacks and such.
Ok I lied, the best part is that you can use Liza instead of Yae Miko if you really want too

I was very confused.
I’m a Heizou and Ningguang main and they are amazing dps characters, I think you sometimes use wrong characters for dps role, maybe consider these two… Heizou can smash like crazy, new set will be fine, sucrose into his team for green anemo set, and any other double unit that performs nice reactions. Ningguang team would love Mona for her buff and works good - I mean with no interruptions - with denrdo reactions. Team composition matters in genshin the most 😅😅

You don't seem to be using Lisa's Hold E very much? I think it''s one of her stronger skills if I remember right, might be good to test out. Nahida's Q also gives EM boost, so having that up will help a lot. As long as Nahida's EM is 1000 or over while her Q is active, everyone will get the maximum buffs.
Some tips to increase your hyperbloom damage :
1. Level up Lisa to 90, transformative reaction scale heavily with character level and EM
2. Give someone a deepwood 4pcs
3. Put 4pcs instructor set to someone
4. Put higher EM substat weapon, Sacrificial Fragment in this case works great (its okay if you stay on mappa mare if you don't have it)
5. The last thing is just an obvious 4pcs GIlded or FLOP set with decent EM roll

as a lisa main i advise you to use her charge attack or non-charged elemental skill and then do that 3 times to get 3 stacks and then do her fully charged elemental skill and then u get maximum damage
