Clowning aside, it is really cool to see two of the strongest humans to ever live, working out together.
It’s crazy to think Brian, knowing how calm and calculated he is. Back in the day for some reason he became good friends with the most crazy insane athlete on the roster.

Really appreciate the note about working through a pull or strain. Funny enough today was my first day back after a little shoulder pull, and the only movement hindered was the lat pulldown. Big love to The Beast!

It’s funny to think back in the day, knowing how calculated and calm Brian is. Out of all the people on the roster, Eddie was the one Brian became really good friends with. Complete opposites. Yet became best friends.

Well for any younger viewers, they used to turn the first plate towards the inside of the barbell so that the magazines could get a picture of the plates and then you turn the rest towards the outside so you can load and unload like Brian was saying, as well as getting the other plates in the same picture frame

Paddy Haynes picked up a 160kg dumbbell in a reel today. Don’t know what the knurling was on the dumbbell but that’s so impressive.

I really enjoyed the video's content, very entertaining as usual to see These two together. It was hard to listen through though because of a constant rumble from the camera. Its a simple fix in post, just use a high pass filter at 100Hz on the camera's audio track :) I am really enjoying the new edits being put into these video's too!
