1:34 Am I seeing correctly? Fake exhaust tips? Just not a fan of the fake exhaust tip trend. When I'm behind a car, I expect to see exhaust vapor emanating from the tips. There's something powerful about that. I've seen two explanations for them: (1) Customer feedback that they don't like cleaning them and (2) car manufacturers are preparing for all electric vehicles. Maybe there are other reasons, but these are the two I've seen so far. Frankly, keeping my exhaust finishers clean is just not a big deal. As for the electric car angle...guess I can see that. But, why have exhaust finishers on a electric car anyway? Isn't that mixed messaging?

The mew s class is incredible to say the least. However Mercedes needs to get back to doing high quality paint jobs on such a high cost car. The level or orange peel is horrendous over the last three generations of Mercedes. Mercedes needs to paint cars with the super thick base coats and clear coats like the use to. And have a certain level of correction to rid and orange peel effect before leaving the factory. Look at the paint on an old W140 or W126 S class. Those cars could be corrected several times through the years before the clear coat thickness would start to get too thin. These new cars (of any manufacture honestly) might be good for 1 or 2 paint corrections over ten years at best before the clear coat is totally polished off the car.

It's a shame that mercedes could not come up with a more classy and genuine infotainment design than an iPad. If I'm driving a Mercedes class S I don't want an iPad as infotainment because kids without a job have those
