    Here’s a video on taking a heater into the middle of nowhere and having a shower and all of a sudden there’s a beautiful hose hooked up to it but nobody talks about where the water comes from. You need a pressurized water source that’s from 12 V pump and that 12 V pump requires power to run it i.e. solar panels and Inverter, etc. So where does the water come from from? Maybe you should do a video on that

    • @Snail_Nailz
      @Snail_Nailz 6 місяців тому +2

      THIS!!! Even Camplux claims they work for “tent camping” but I can’t find anyone talking about how they’re connecting water source.
      Even if we figured out how to connect it to the large farm tank in back of truck it would still required a pump + power source ☹️

    This was an exact replacement for the old one that lasted about 10 years. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx7yWIKcrbA9KMHkGSfcgxW2lsjHT6B8Sh The top of my mitigation tube by my roofline was just a 90 elbow which allowed too much debris to fall down into the fan, eventually ruining it. Without this issue, I bet it would have kept running another 10 years. When I replaced this fan, I added an extra elbow joint so the top tube now it does a 180, which should solve that problem. The radon guys around here wanted to charge me a $300 diagnostic fee, then parts/labor (probably close to $600 total). I installed this all by myself in about an hour for the cost of the fan; it would probably be even easier/faster with two people. FYI the manufacturer's warranty greatly differs depending on whether you install it yourself (1 yr warranty) or have a licensed installer do it (10 yrs).

      It would take a slight knowledge of plumbing, but if you install a "Tee" in supply cold line and a "Tee" in the output hot line and connect the 2 with a shutoff valve, you can then turn the valve on a little bit which will mix in some cold water. If it's a permanent install, you could use a shower valve, connecting the hot to the hot side of the shower valve and Tee into the cold line to supply cold water to the shower valve, and then it would work like a regular shower.
