Let me know what questions you have about insurance!
I have my classic and custom cars on an AV (Agreed Value), does the home market not offer AV on homes, in the event of total loss?
I'm in Jax as well small world.
I just had a 3/2 modular / mobile home built (2023 build) and finally just moved in. Do these tactics apply to these types of structures? Thanks Sean.
I want to learn more about taxes since i don't know how it's work.
@@-Neon- Hey, I just uploaded a new video about taxes. You can check it here: ua-cam.com/video/uKT-wgAbvFk/v-deo.htmlsi=HKTSkabqXb-KUmd4
I haven't heard of the term "AV" before. What do you mean by "total loss"?
OMG Sean… I’m addicted to your videos!!!!!! 🤩
Thank you for watching! ☺️
This is nothing but a well-written, nine minute & 30 second ad.
It would be if they paid me for it 😂. Real talk though, it's important to understand how insurance works and what you're paying for. Whether you use Steadily or not is up to you, but it's just a resource that you can use to get a quote. We've used other insurance providers as well and at the end of the day, we go with the one that has the best coverage and best pricing.
Thanks 👍👍👍
*Amazing content. You are still the best! It's been a year since I found ways to improve my finances and by working with a recognized professional, I was able to achieve financial independence. I have to say this; “As long as you have determination and work hard, you can achieve anything you set your mind to.”*
i love your youtube videos u taught my somuch
Thank you so much! I'm really glad to hear that my UA-cam videos have been helpful for you. It's comments like yours that keep me motivated to share and teach. Keep watching!
Well so much for getting my question answered.
Sorry, I've been on vacation the last few weeks. I'll take a look
Hi Sean! What deductible do you typically choose to lower your rate? $2K, $5K, etc? Also how do you think that through? Thank you!
Great question! I usually go for the highest deductible. The reason being is that filing a claim is a pain in the butt and isn't worth it unless it's for a major repair or lawsuit.
Sean like if I pay insurance for damage that they would expect its Okay, but what if some disaster happened out of nowhere would it be covered
Which specific disaster are you talking about?
If my home insurance is covering 645K for personal property, but the personal property in our home could all be replaced with just 50K, then can I reduce my coverage to 50K so that my monthly payment is lower? I don't know why I would be forced to pay for more than what I need. Thanks.
Hi

Hey Sean, I have a question about ETFs, since I'm new to it. I haven't started yet but I'm thinking of investing. Due to inflation caused by the war in Europe it's kind of difficult for me to estimate whether it's too soon for me to invest at all. And if I am to invest, what should I look out for? And where do I get more info on the ETFs that I potentially want to invest into?
Most ETFs track a certain index. Just make sure you start by investing in something that is stable vs speculative and you should be ok
@@seanlovesrealestate Thanks for the advice!
market will be good in Q4.. go for stocks, u will make a lot , bro.. if u have big $ then go for stable etf, if not, go to active one .. that is the only way to get rich fast baby
my home market value is $360K per Zillow for example , I do not want $200K coverage for personal property which I do not have or $50K for my Gazebo (Which I installed for less that $2K) , why they charge me under the guise of "You must have" for those I do not want to be covered? How to negociate to lower my premium?
This is my question too. Have you talked to them about it? What did they say?
@@cannotbeshaken7889 Pure BS , "it is out of our hands, that is computer calculation which we do not control" blah blah
Wait, if someone falls in my property and sues my for money, can't I counter sue him? Cuz he trespassed Into my property....
You'd be surprised
@@seanlovesrealestate damn man wtf... Good thing I don't live in the US..
Also I have a question..
Let's just say I bought a house for 100k. And I have been renting it out for 5 years. Now it's 250k.
I don't wanna sell the house. But I would like to take that 150k equity out. Soo can I just take a loan out of the same bank?.
If so then what if the market crashes? Will insurance cover it or something?
@@Vladimir_Putin_ExKGB No, if a burglar who broke into your house hurts himself in the process the chances of you having to pay them something is tiny. I've heard of it happening, but it's extremely rare. If your house decreases in value after you take a home equity loan out, no, home insurance will not cover those losses.
hello there

Does an engineer or doctor make enough to invest in real estate
Hey! I was an engineer before. ☺️
Sean is there something you can’t do? Love watching your videos!
Hello
Hi!
What's good
yo!
Insurance companies are getting sneakier. They'll offer discounts but want "special information" so they can find ways to disqualify you if you make a claim.
I've been watching a lot of Suits and can definitely see this happening. Again, I use insurance as a last resort and don't file a claim unless the damage is catastrophic.

i hate the fatc that you writed in your prescription to not take any of this as financial advise and that it just for entertainment and educational purposes only
First learn grammer and comment of stuff
@@Vladimir_Putin_ExKGBthis comment is a joke right?
He has to do this as if he doesn’t and people actually take his word as financial advice some dumbass could try and take him to court saying "he told me to do this and I lost all my money." Even the proven millionaires real state moguls here in UA-cam like graham stephan say the same thing as to not get themselves in any legal trouble.

It's not prescription, it's description, this ain't no clinic
