i love her haunt couture doll! yes, it’s simple for cleo, but she’s still super stunning. i actually love her lips and how they are smaller than the others to give them each different features.
i am great full that i got cleo, but what mattel needs to start doing is actually doing preorders. the purpose of a preorder is to see how much quantity is needed to evenly distribute these dolls. never has a preorder been meant to sell out in a matter of minutes like this.

It’s the perfect item to do preorders for! I think they like it’s hard to get. Luckily I don’t collect MH because I’d be so annoyed
I think they do the releases the way they do for scarcity but for goodness sakes it’s a doll not a Ming vase let us order them and then make enough to fill those orders.

Great review, Jay, I'm glad to have a better overview of how she looks as I don't think Mattel Creations really did her justice! I was a few mintues late for the preorder due to work and she was already sold out. I'm glad you got her, though! Personally, I'm using the funds I set aside to get her to get Fearleading Draculaura instead as a consultation prize.
It makes me smile big to see Cleo in the wild already! I think Im gonna get the pop push lights to make her look like the marketing lighting...

She looks great. Mine is being shipped to me in Canada, and I am excited. I hope that I don't get one with face flaws like all three of my other HC dolls. $113 Canadian (final cost) is too much for such poor quality control. I really wish we would get a Creeproduction Cleo too, but I think they might just be doing four characters.

I love collectors who also gaf about the packaging inside the box! So many times I got a box with bread twist ties on the doll or something else DIY'd :/ still have a 2005 birthday barbie, that I got *for* that birthday 😂 never even broke the seal, I knew even then that was a collector's item

I agree that they should maybe do a better pre-order for these dolls my girlfriend and I both wanted one and we both were there at the time she went up and I was able to get one and she wasn’t so when I got mine Tuesday I decided not to display the doll to keep her from feeling bad. I think they should do these dolls like they do the MOTU stuff and make them made to order.

I just checked my box and Cleo was made in China and the first three were made in Indonesia, so maybe that's why we seen so many differences, also did you notice the box for Cleo feeling a bit lighter? I like the differences, really neat.

She really is pretty IRL but whatever pushed me over the edge to spend the $75 on Clawdeen & Frankie just wasn't there for me, that & I'm still mad AF about what happened with Draculara getting eaten up by scalppers right as I and I'm sure many others were litterally about to hit pay (Think I'll be salty about that one forever) that I just didn't want to get my hopes up for Cleo, I do regret not trying before she sold out now that I've seen her but the whole haunt coture rollout has been hot mess express despite the beauty of the dolls.
