The system was here when we moved in. I did not install it. But as far as I can tell this was a kit. I’m sure the instructions for installing the external tank will be with them. I’m sorry it isn’t more helpful.
looks like you are using an aquatec pump. What hosing did you use and I need to connect to a 3/4 line - do you know where I can find these type of adapter connectors
Hmm interesting. Same pump and model manufactured in 8/2020. I was advised by the plumber when he installed that is a noisy pump. A year later it is driving me nuts and I found your video. So not sure if it was a faulty pump from the beginning or what. Was there a big difference when you replaced it?
@@BogLife I'm in the same thought process here. I work for a company that sells and installs water treatment. These pumps come out of the box as noisy as his was in the beginning of the video. **UPDATE** Called Aquatec and spoke with Bill. He is very knowledgeable about the different pumps available through their company. The model I've been using has a max motor speed of 1600rpm. The pump in the video is only about 800rpm. Huge difference in noise.
The 5852-7F12-J604 pump that H20 Distributors, etc sell is not what anyone wants to use. It is ridiculously loud. The 5851-7E12-J574 model you install here is orders of magnitude quieter, good enough for the application (pumping up from the basement to kitchen,) and half the price. I know because unfortunately I bought and installed both with our new system. Commenting here because the Aquatec website is horrible and support is non-existent.
can you provide some details on how you added an external tank to Circle RO system? I am planning on doing the same. Thanks

Yes definitely a lot quieter! The old one would wake me up in the middle of the night. I can’t hear this one at all.
@@BogLife Interesting I guess I will contact the manufacturer or add some rubber cushions and foam to maybe muffle the sound. Thanks.

Hi, what kind and where did you get your tubing? Thanks.
