I was totally baffled by this step. I wasn't referenced anywhere in the user guide. What company worth its salt would publish such a poor user guide. Didn't the product manager have a team member actually step through the instructions??? Anyway, thank you so much for providing the easy instructions. Folks like yourself make Your Tube totally worth the subscription price! Everything is working as it is supposed to.
I couldnt believe that this was not covered in the start up user manual ! Incredible ! as a last ditch effort, I googled T705 stuck on Tech Set, and poof, your short video showed up. Able to fix the thermostat within 5 minutes. Thank you !
This was an incredibly helpful video. My thermostat went haywire due to a power outage and when power returned the ‘schedule’ automatically was switched on causing all kinds of problems with the temperature. I could not figure out how to turn it off. Someone in the comments asked how to remove the schedule and I was able to backtrack and figure out how to turn it off. Thank you again! The pro 1 thermostat company needs to do a better job at explaining how to remove the added programs or add them as the online manual is extremely confusing.

I find that many manuals (physical and online) were written for multiple models and/or not updated. Therefore, leaving the owner/user to hunt for a specific need elsewhere. Sometimes one gets lucky and stumble upon what they were looking for just by playing around with the different buttons which lead one to different sub menu or get lucky to find a video, like yours, that addresses their exact problem. We had a similar situation with our water softener with the programming where supposedly the technician is the one that touches that menu/setting. That means another appointment for the technician to come and more charges incurred. We found the menu and changed the setting to what we wanted. In your case, the technician skipped that step and left the default which is O days but didn’t bother to tell you or leave you a note about how to program your thermostat which is one of the most important feature of your programmable thermostat! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the fix! after getting confused by the manual I checked the official PRO1 YT channel and even it skips the part where you have to change it from 0d before you can set the time which I'm guessing is why they ended up disabling comments, its crazy they haven't uploaded a revised video with proper instructions.

If it reaches your target temperature and your fan switch is on auto instead of "on", it should automatically stop. If not, maybe it's defective?

Hi! When you're in the "prog" screen, setting it to "0d" will remove the schedule
How do you remove the schedule? I don't use the time away, return or sleep. Just need a set it and forget it.
When you're in the "prog" screen, setting it back to "0d" ("0 days" I presume) should remove the schedule
