Is there a way to run 2 separate campaigns, one on FB, one on IG...but not let people redeem the coupon twice (from each platform)
Yup that should be no problem, you would just want to tag the customer and then make a rule that any customer with that tag cannot redeem.
Is there any way to send a follow-up message to people who didn't retrieve the coupon? In my area, people don't like to share their phone numbers, so the only thing left for me is a Messenger message.
I have around 500 people who clicked on the ad, but when I go to broadcast, only 12 people in the list (1 month old campaign). or does messenger even allow us to do it?

Yup just install the template multiple times! :) Just make sure that you go through and change all the tags appropriately.

Yes for sure! Typically we would recommend $6 - $12 per day, and if the offer is good then we see opt ins for around $1.00. So if you spent $10 per day for 14 days on a good offer - you would get 140 opt ins. On average the time between collection and redemption is 9 days. Also note that if people are redeeming it straight away, often they have just mistakenly clicked the redeem button! Hope that helps
@besocialnz8465 awesome video. Are you doing anything to drive redemptions? I'm having a pretty good opt-in rate, but it doesn't seem people are using the coupons.

Hey Jan - we offer this service for $650/USD per month at the moment, however we know that is on the cheeper side. Some agency are offering it for $1200USD per month or more.
Could we use highlevel instead of manychat for automation? Also I'm trying to run this for a kebab shop that doesnt have a lot of seating (2-3 tables) but its more take-out style. Think it would be possible still?
Hey Imran - yeah Im sure you could! I haven't built it out on there but I don't see why not. However running takeaway promotions has always had a lower ROI due to the inability to effectively up-sell - But it is good as a way to let locals know about you.

Hey! Great question. Essentially if it is the first promotion that the user has come in off, we know they have come in off the AD. If they have already received a voucher in the past then we say that the customer is already part of the companies LIST. This is useful if you are messaging out new coupons to an already existing data base. Hope that helps!
if I run 2 locations, how can you link them to the appropriate review page? I understand the location tagging in the spreadsheet, but if I want to link to google or review sites....how can I link the appropriate one?
So if you have one Facebook page with multiple locations, you would ask them in the flow which is their local location, an then you would tag them as that. Then you can use conditions in the flow to send people from different locations in different directions.
Hello guys, thank you for sharing, question: the option of one time notification or one time lists in Manychat looks like there are no longer available, it's any way around to send that kind of messages with this flow?

I’ve set up manychat for a local restau. Also a chat bubble on website.
2 issues:
- too many notifications (you get a message for every bubble they press)
- when owners takes over and starts talking, the chat sometimes still comes in between.
Are there solutions for this?
Typically we tell owners that they probably need to turn messenger notifications off for the page. And if you get them to respond via manychat live chat (On the manychat app or manychat website) you can make it stop on reply so it doesn't fire while they are manually responding.
Do you select Traffic objective or Engagement? which one do you find converts best?
Engagement has gotten better results for us :)
I like that your measurements of distance in Facebook is KM. I'm in Canada and still see Miles... is there a way to change that? I have zero reference of what a mile is.
Im not sure how to change it haha, but glad ours is in Km lol

Hey there, you can run on both and they go to messenger, as they are both owned by Meta. You can build out a different sequence if you want it for instagram DM's only :)

@@besocialnz8465 Thank you for answering!😄 Well, I want to make sure that it is according to the privacy policies and rules of users in Europe because soon I'll run ads for a restaurant in Romania and I would like my campaign not to be stopped or my advertising account to be disabled. I looked over the data privacy rules for the users here and the most essential thing is that when you collect their data, you do it with their consent, along with a good reason so that it is not considered that you are violating their confidentiality. For example, I am afraid that when I collect some of their data in Google Sheets (user Id, gender, full name, phone number) it will be considered that I am violating their confidentiality. I hope you understand what I mean and I hope this template applies to me. Also, thanks for your interest and your time!😄
Is one ad creative good enough? or could i make 3 different ad creatives regarding this same messenger funnel offer
We often just use one creative, but I feel like we have a good inclination on what will perform best as we have done thousands of offers. Testing multiple creatives would be a better way to go to start with :) However unlikely you will reach creative fatigue if you are only running the coupon for a month or so.

Hi there, it is redeemable one time, but you can change it to be redeemable multiple times if you wish :)

Hey, really appreciate the videos. I just have one issue with the campaign and flow I've setup. People are dodging after asking for email and I've setup a 5 min fallback to continue. Is this normal? I'm getting 1 out of 3 leaving an email.
Typically its more like 2/3 leave an email and 1/3 dont, but if the cost per opt in is less than $2 I wouldn't worry about it

How will the restaurant enter how much the total bill was? Trough the POS, enter it into manychat? Referring to 18:55
When the person shows their phone to redeem, the server can enter it on their phone :) If they would to they can also enter it in the POS system
Hey, what is the average CTR (All) and CTR (Link Clicks) rates for this type of ads that you run? I got 15% (All) and 5% (Link Clicks) CTR rates and I am not used to this kind of rates!
Hey man - if you set it up as an engagement campaign you should just be looking at CPM (cost per message) and you want it to be $4 USD or less
hey, I'm trying to use manychat for a different thing but it doesn't let me to use contact first name in the first message and forces me to include at least one button choice after the first message. which means I need to ask a proper question. but that's not what I wanna do. is it possible to add online ordering on many chat for restaurants? Put menu items there so customers don't have to leave the chat and they can just order. Also do you have a course that goes in depth on the many features, capabilities manychat can do for restaurants.
Hey @fikzta, we have never set up online ordering through manychat but I have heard it has been done. And no sorry we don't sell a course at this time - our main focus is working with venues. Happy to keep making free videos around the topic though - is there anything in particular you would like us to cover? :)

Awesome video! i am stuck on one thing tho, when the bot asks 'Firstly, can we notify you before your coupon expires? :D ' the 'Notify Me' button is never showed in messenger, so the user cant answer the following questions. Do you know how this is possible?

my trigger on the notify me is not sending to the customer how do i fix this?
Same for us.. I created an extra button to the last question and deleted the original notify me section.

Hey Shawn, honestly I haven't looked into that deeply in the last few months, but when I last tried many of the features didn't exist. May have changed though!
Could you please expand on integrating POS for accuracy? Maybe another video.
Typically the venue just ads the promotion to the POS system, and then when they put the order through they put it through the till as well as through Manychat, and then we can compare the results at the end of the promotion :)
Hey!! AMAZING Content man!! Thanks a lot. It will help me so much bringing results to my clients! One question: Does it also work for IG direct messages or just Facebook Messenger? I saw that while setting the ad set you chose both IG Direct and FB Messenger and also to run it on facebook and instagram feeds.
If someone sees the ad on IG and is redirected to the IG Direct, will the manychat flow work the exact same way as in the FB messenger?
