Take a look again, Liz 6th frame was changed from strike to spare.
I find bowling hard to follow without commentary and needing a magnifier to see the score

Well, Liz's 6th frame did not go on 9 count in enough time. It went on 8 count cause the 3 pin fall. And that's why it did not go to 9 count!
