Great video, really appreciate the insight. Not a fan of the blood type indicators - a waste of a couple bucks. It's an outdated method dating back decades for when you're deployed in the field and need blood. Today, they give you O negative (sometimes O Positive) until they test you. No hospital or any facility able to give you blood will give you anything else without first testing and confirming your blood type - which is done easily and almost immediately. It doesn't matter what bracelet, necklace, dog tags, tattoo or patches on your vest, plates, or IFAK say.

This is a good kit that has everything you would need and fits in the Lazarus. That’s the kit I buy when I want to build a new kit for a plate carrier or go bag.
