If you are looking for a good way to enhance and mark zipper pulls or lanyards, check out the Lumimod Glow Washers...
They are glow in the dark circular bead / washers that can be used for a number of things. On the one hand, they make zipper pulls easier to grab. They can also differentiate at a glance, two different zippers / pockets to a bag or pack. This can be incredibly important with Concealed Carry or Medical items.
The Lumimod Washers are available in both Green and Blue. The Green tends to be more visible, largely due to where it is in the visible spectrum compared to the blue.

The smallest changes can have the most outsized benefits. Sometimes I carry in a sling bag, on beach days or when I’m wearing clothes my 19X won’t conceal in. Little bag mods make a huge difference in usability. Sometimes I carry a bunch of stuff in a backpack too, and modding that has outsized effects as well.

I’m a sucker for little things like this. Something similar in stumbled across was the Glow Rhino tritium key fob. I have them on all my keys sets.
I love these things. Have a Fanny sack setup exactly the same that I run g19 in for the beach. Also have one on my fixed blade and med kit. The green is wayyyyy brighter than the blue and glows probably twice as long.

Tritium vials can do the same thing. I've got a couple sealed in plastic for zipper and bag indicators. Find them on eBay.

There’s hundreds of other vendors I really am not found of lumimod for a few reasons mostly price and mine ended up smell like an ashtray couldn’t figure out why until I saw his ig post where he’s got a lit cig in hand while he bagged up orders. But to each their own. And if you want to wait then go for it more power too you 🍻.

Or use industrial grade glow in the dark tape, you can wrap the zipper pull or mark low light targets etc.

Here’s my question…if you don’t remember what section your rifles in without these than how are you going to remember what color signifies which compartment? 🤔
You mean in the dark when you can't see the zipper pulls...?
@@KitBadger just in general. I mean if you were to put one of them on the gun section zipper and that was the only one than you’d be good, but if you had multiple sections with different colors like you said you did it could get confusing. I think it would be good to use one of these for your gun pull and maybe none for the others. If they have other colors too for medical section. If you put them on every tab than you’d still have to remember what color went to what. I guess you could use blue or green for the gun tab on EVERY bag and than it wouldn’t be too bad as blue is gun regardless of the bag.
