I do love watching your videos!! My suggestion would be for you to be riding on the right side of the road. More often, before you get in an accident. I'd like to see more videos coming from you. Good luck on your builds. Keep up the good work, ride safely, please. And thanks for sharing
Once you break the suction on the grip they come right off. Use a little spray lube they will come right off as well. Use a little simple green to get rid of the rust. Keep up the good work!
I would have checked the wheel hubs to make sure they were greased and the axle wasn’t too tight or too loose. Often times that’s the case with box store bikes.
I know your on the right path! You should look into sikk peds motorized bike. I did and Im working on a 140 cc sikk ped bike! You should use a skateboard wheel as a tensioner wheel. Itll smooth out your ride, trust me! 🤘😁 To correctly measure your hub, put tape around the hub. Then cut the tape and measure the length from the ends of the cut. Thatll give you your hub diameter.
Thanks for the tips. I have heard of using a skateboard wheel for reliability, but I’ll have to try it out and see if it makes it run any better. Those sikk peds bikes do look quite nice. Good luck with your build. What kind of top speed do you think you can get out of that?
Nice budget build, that's a good 4 stroke because it has 7.5k rpms, 4 strokes are more reliable and the style build I'm doing is a 4 stroke 4 spd with semi auto and is ideal for me because I'm adding a 24 inch shifter and radiator and stuff
@CR03_Outdoor_Adventures nice that sounds sweet! I wouldn't mind a 100cc 2 stroke but my bike is going to be feet controlled including brakes except my shifter that will be hand controlled lol
Their is a tool that will correct a wobbling rim it is a tool that will tighten the spokes you can straighten a rim using this method maybe their is a you tube video showing how!
Sorry if I missed it but who did you source the kit from? I’ve been nervous about sending money to one of the hundreds of vendors out there because of low feedback scores.
I ended up selling the 4 stroke. It’s not bad on flat ground or small hills but where I live it kept burning clutches due to the steepness and length of the hills. I never had that issue with my 2 stroke. I also found that on my bike you couldn’t pedal in the lowest gear without the chain popping off after swapping the cranks out.
Some other commentators were saying that the belt transmission is a lot better. I imagine it probably is but I personally prefer the two strokes so I didn’t want to dump the money into it.
Fill your tank with apple cyder vinegar let it sit for a week and flush it out will remove any rust I would flush it with two stoke oil to season it drain it and run straight gas in the tank the little bit of oil will burn off threw the engine and will not hurt the engine!
This particular tank size is about half a gallon. These 4 strokes are pretty efficient. I have yet to test my mpg as I am still breaking it in, but I saw another guy with a similar build getting roughly 120 mpg. That means you could go about 60 miles before refilling. I think if you have these tuned up well you could actually do that too but not rely on it every day. In my experience the two strokes are somewhat high maintenance, but it’s very easy to do. The four stroke is new to me, but so far the cheap factory clutch got smoked. That being said the engine runs very well for 30 minutes. That’s all I’ll run it for until I go through my second tank of fuel.
I've work oñ car since iwas16 year old over 40 years ago I also at 13 made 20 inch motorbike with a 5 horsepower Briggs & Stratton lawn mower motor no fancy attachments then but now what 24 in bike & motor do I order to put a bike together your video inspired me again
@@davidl.berrios8606sounds like fun. You can shop around on sites like Amazon or eBay for motorized bike kits. I got my 49cc 4 stroke on eBay for $160, but that was on sale. The kits include everything that you need to build one and then in the description I attached some Amazon affiliate links to the chain tensioner I used and most importantly the cnc sprocket adapter. Those make the bike safer and perform better. Good luck
I don't like to be the bear of bad news but that hub adapter is gonna mess up your spokes it's gonna slip around the hub there's nothing holding it believe me Bud.
Mate why don't you put a chainsaw motor on your bike you will get more power and you don't have to do any mods at all but just buy a 2 stroke exhaust pipe for a power ban , but you are doing well

Thank you for watching! I’ll be more careful in the future.

Sounds like fun. Ive got another 2 stroke kit coming in.

I look forward to seeing your motorized bicycle adventures😊 subbed

question is it also possible to tune those 4 stroke engine so they can go up to 70mph just like 2 stroke engines?
Thanks for the video bro 👊🏽💪🏽🔥
Glad it helped!

I know what you mean. I ordered the kit from www.bicycle-engines.com. They seemed to be professional and trustworthy enough in my opinion.
@ thank you!
The hub adapter needs a pin to work I believe it's call a shim key don't quote me on that but I think that's what it's called.
I've never tried it four-stroke I'm going to try one as soon as I get done modifying my two stroke

What the engine brand?
It was just a standard 4 stroke kit off eBay. It was on sale.
How far can these go

You're sprocket is backwards the lip is supposed to go outward
That's a huasheng 142f engine is rev limiter needs to be removed from the motor
🔥🔥
Great video! But you gotta do away with the Sissy-Mary gloves!
That is the type of tensioner I use a double tensioner

It'd be helpful to see the parts in the beginning and not just the bags
Nope not that 4 stroke it's to slow and the clutch will burn out..
