thornmail is so strong on rammus it's crazy. i had 27k thornmail dmg yesterday vs 5 autoattackers XD belveth does a lot of true dmg but it works out
just ridiculous how tanky he can get, if you dont have a kog or a vayne i honestly think you're fucked against rammus
I remember the old rammus, if the enemy is full ad, the only time i lose againts those comp is when 4 of my teams are trash.
even not 5 ads I still got oneshotted by a fed rammus as a fed zoe
Be careful though, bel veth actually quickly kill a rammus if she isn't behind (just like a yi does) and rammus get shit on by a lot of powerfarmer : shyv, karthus, and some junglers are also very good against him like wukong with armor % on Q, bump to cancel his Q etc...
Clearly isn't an easy pick to play against good player.
Canyon is insane. I was so sad when he lost the World finals. He was so consistent and terrifying the ENTIRE tournament. Regardless though he is still one of the best if not best Jungler in the world.

Great work again Dobby. Would love to see more detailed jungle analysis. The Red-Raptors-Gromp idea has been around for some time now, and it’s great to see how Canyon uses the flexibility of this pathing.
I’m glad we are getting some Jungler videos. This helps so much those that have no clue how to play the role lol amd get auto filled.

I believe you also need a level head other than mechanics, mind games and talent
Staying calm and not getting into argument with your team, also don't waste time trying to make sense on stupid plays you or your team do, that's for the replay session, focus on the ongoing game
in order to make mind games and stealth is to be calm and plan!! it's all about preparing what you're going to do rather than just going all at it in the moment. some people don't take advantage of good plays because they're too "tilted" or want to leave the game immediately, but all of that can turn around with a positive mind
Young career, but just as good as argument as anyone for the best jungler of all time. Love to see this content

I can see how this is interesting to a lot of people, but most of this is somewhat basic. The lane state stuff is something every jungler in dia II and upwards probably knows, and "flex-pathing", the red-raptors-gromp into play/reverse clear works well in high-kill environments like korean soloq.
This feels less like "this is how canyon plays jungle" and more like "what mid MMR junglers are missing compared to high MMR"

But that's the entire point though. There's nothing special in jungle other than solid fundamentals and skills just like with any lane. In high elo most of the time the team that has better fundamentals and skills wins since in high elo 90 procent of the time everybody has them. So this video actually does good job on explaining what you need to be a good jungle. After that it all comes down to you.

I'm not a jungler main but I'm doing fairly well, some games I have trouble in is when all lanes are hard pushing even if they're losing lane (via kills and cs) forcing enemy to tower hug without dmging tower. I guess it's a low elo problem especially since no one listens when you ask not to keep crashing

Sadly Wild rift Is not about strategy, if you are good mechanically you can easily reach master. And if not then by spamming games you can reach GM. Thats why there's plenty of GM with 48% wr xD

Hi Dobby, you mentioned understanding lane states here. I was hoping you can make a guide for that based on what the pros do. But most importantly, competent laners.
Just a question, isn't killing krugs soon if safely possible a good choice? If I'm not mistaken, Krug has one of the highest XP or/and Gold? So I aim buff then Krugs or is there's something wrong with my assessment?
krugs take forever to kill unless you’re playing a champ with really good aoe. unless your champ can full clear a 3-4 camp into gank is generally better
its all about the draft
when you have a scaling jungler because your team picked early game lanes that get push, you can aim for that approach with karthus eve etc.
but if youre on lee xin jarvan etc you focus on checking for wave states and drop camps to make sure to be ready to show up on vision as soon as the enemy or ally oversteps or tries to shove the wave desperatly thats in a bad state like shown in the video.
it all depends on the moments, thats why pro players use f1-f5 between every action so they can gather more information about the situation.
another situatoin could be: if you watch thebausffs, hes even demanding the krugs or gromp as a top laner for himself because hes so focussed on getting ahead and isolating top into a 1v1
These are the main reasons
1. to hit level 3 asap so you can look for a gank before 2:30 and also not worry your raptors getting stolen on the other side. 2. You will also be on time to contest your blue buff if enemy tries to invade you.
How it works is: if you do buff -> buff -> gromp -> gank @lvl3, a good player can see you have 12 cs, and will take your raptors+ krugs and now you will be very behind. By doing this path, enemy jungler can’t punish you for 3 a camp gank. Another example is if you do buff->krugs-> raptors, your whole blue side will gone before you reach there if the enemy jungler decides to cheese invade.
One of the funniest things about “jg diff” is 75% is you have to die to him to give him the diff XD

How does the first tip even make sense? The way you clear is HIGHLY dependent on jungler, canyon correctly didn't full clear with nidalee but full cleared with viego, nothing to do with gank oppurtunities there, you managed to generalize one of the most important aspects of jg.
If you do Red - raptors - gromp - gank on nocturne, karthus, fiddle, diana, lillia you should be reported
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, PLEASE UNDERSTAND WHY IT IS SO HARD TO JUNGLE INSTEAD OF SAYING JUNGLE DIFF TO YOUR JUNGLERS.
