That is par for the course for Kathy Lee Gifford. The woman has no consideration for others. She told M.C. Hammer's then 11 year old son about being interview with him about lesson's he could learn from his dad going bankrupt, before he had to stop her with how inappropriate she was being. I don't know if it's intentional, but she doesn't have much empathy for others.

uh-oh either this is a lie or Billie didn't know that Carrie wanted her to be in the movie. Anyway, it's not like they gave her a heavy role because her mom is Carrie Fisher. Connix is more of cameo role for her and so far Episode VII and VIII, is just a background character with a few lines. Now with Scream Queens and we now know she's a great actress, she can handle more heavy dialogue with her role in IX.

Yeah, I really really really like and admire Billie Lourde and think she is MEGA talented. But there is no fooling, she got the job because she had access. Same with now there are reports on Denzel Washington's kid in that Black Clansman movie "He got the role without the help of his father..." I don't doubt he's talented, but he got the role because he has access. No doubt about it.

Billie is very beautiful. I know that she will be just as big a star as her (late) mother and grandmother. I hope that she will appear in future Star Wars movies and also be her own "brand" (her own character). My heart goes out to her and her family during this time of grief.

Actually it was George Lucas who asked Carrie and Mark Hamill out to lunch in 2012 to ask both of them if they were interested in being in the next Star Wars movie. Per both Carrie and Mark, she said yes right away and immediately asked if her daughter Billie could be in it too.

After loosing the most important women in your life, I can't imagine how it is to keep on going but I am sure that she is going to survive!
