Remembering my son: A special 2-day paddle and hike

A special way for me to spend time honoring my son’s life is to be on the river and in the woods. Both places he found peace himself, and enjoyed spending time there with his children.
In some way, I feel I’m sharing something we both cherished. My son died 3 years ago, and each year since his death, I spend the two key dates dedicating my day and focus on this. We didn’t get many chances to share this together when he was alive, and I regret that so very much.
I made this video primarily for me and my family, but feel compelled to share, possibly reaching others that grieve the death of a child, and offer my way of sharing peace and calmness of nature.
