- The Gaddis are a semi-agricultural and a semi-pastoral tribe, predominantly found in Himachal Pradesh. They are shepherds who travel long distances and across various terrains to graze their livestock.
We came across a group of Gaddis in Chamba and decided to spend an evening with them. We spoke to them about their work, relationships, lifestyle and life in general. Here's how our day with the Gaddis in Himachal Pradesh went.

My City is Tehsil : Kot Radha Kishen.First time I have seen Indian People Speaking Pakistani Punjabi Like Us.Even Indian Punjabi Accent which you may say Indian Sikh We see who come to Pakistan from India Or Indian Punjabi movies is always different. First time I listened Pure Pakistani Punjabi Accent in India.

Pothari, hindko are often grouped as western pahari. This also includes dogri, bhadderwahi, and himachali language n lects.

I was rescued by gaddi people from mighty dhauladhar where I was on an trekking expedition for 6 days but I was stuck there for 9 days and some gaddi's rescued me. They are the sherpa's of dhauladhar.
