Fun mathematical fact: Even though you gain attack speed with a -50% modifier, thanks to also starting at -50% attack speed, any point of attack speed you buy is going to be as valuable as buying that attack speed on a character without those modifiers would have been. Basically, because attack speed has deminishing returns the more you have of it, starting at half attack speed, will double the value of attack speed increases, but since attack speed increases are also halved, the 2 cancel each other out and you go back to having regular value from attack speed increases.
An utterly horrible designed character. It is meant to be a hybrid of melee and engineering, but using engineering destroys everything because you can not use your main passive (which is all this character really has). Then there is the downsides, which completely obliterate the chances of actually developing an interesting and fun build.
I got it randomly with pacifier, so I think you don’t actually have to kill the enemies with the attack, it’s enough to just hit 25 with one hand or another weapon, walking stick or spear would probably work well
I’ve D5’d all of the characters on mobile except the engineer. I just can’t seem to get the wrenches to work for me. They keep pulling the ribcages in and killing me. Any advice?
Btw a thing people ignores about bricks: not only they gave more materials than it cost early: materials they drop gives you exp as well. So you essentially get exp from mats you already got exp from :D
I don't think so - it balances out. At the start with few structures you're benefiting from high engineering. As trees get converted you're benefiting from simply more overall DPS. I'm no expert but managed to win on lower levels on both maps by starting on melee but switching to wrenches part way through. In both wins I got more trees and pocket factory reasonably early as well as lighthouse. At the end it was structures doing nearly all the damage while I kept out of the way of the boss and just hit every tree I came across
I really struggled with the Dwarf until I went to spears. Requesting and older one on the new dlc. Saver using the Lute please. On paper it seems like it should really play well, but I've really struggled with it.
You have to change the map to the abyss! There's a dropdown on the right side when you start a run (it's really easy to miss). It should say "crash zone" right now - that's the name of the original map
I really like the passive mechanic, constantly building free melee makes you feel powerful! Hate to be critical of your great videos, but your keyboard sounds came through noisy on this recording for some reason. ❤
There are a lot of good options. I managed to have a good run with ghost axes for example. But its easier to have a better run if you just stick with weapon/tag you spawned with, just for economy reasons.
Pretty sure ogre unlocks mace and dwarf unlocks war hammer
Yes
Double unique can happen when you have Treasure Map. Can happen with limited items too putting you over the limit, 4 Hunting Trophies etc.
1:10 to unlock mace you should finish the game as ogre not dwarf. Finishing as dwarf unlocks war hammer.
Yeah i wanted to say that aswell that its the ogre that unlocks mace u beat me to it :D
One armed dwarf?
One armed loud dwarf?
One-armed dwarf would be interesting now that I think about it. Not sure what the third class should be…
Ngl one armed dwarf would suck, turns +200% attack speed to +50% attack speed
@@ThouserEdits A good challenge to balance out the damage scaling

I FINALLY finish a game with Dwarf yesterday after many attempts. Last character for me, he gave me so much pain.
Same. Every other one took 3 attempts at max but Dwarf...

I'm much too greedy a bastard to just play it safe and buy more weapons. Was a pain indeed x)
for me, the last character is still bull D:
it's not even that the is thaaaat hard, he is just not fun for me at all
Dwarf's passive and Ogre's would be banger with Loud., Mr. Cephalopocalypse. I'd love to see this combination.
ROCK AND STONE 🪨⛏️🤘
This character has caused me irreparable pain and suffering
Hypothetically, if one was to use a burning build and an burning attack somehow burned 6 guys and killed all of them, would it trigger the passive?
I don’t think so because it says a kill with direct weapon hit. Burning is an effect so it wouldn’t count.
No
Still haven't unlocked this character, been finding it so damn hard to get the unlock for some reason

Bone dice is a weird item. Cursed i think is fine but i find myself skipping it. Hell i skip pas it cursed to.

Need to do a video with the mace. It's unlocked with the ogre.
Does pocket factory make lighthouse a bad pickup due to the high number of structures that spawn?

Pocket factory only counts as one structure in the same way landmines do

Hi guys, anyone know how to get those abyss monsters? I downloaded the dlc but the monsters stay the same

@ thank you so much

Yeah you got double pile of books at 17:48 😂
I found it easy to kill 6 enemies when using spear or the medieval spear

i straight up hate this character. never struggled so much... god help me
I absolutely hate this character
