The biggest downside would be if the Dagapult player played the more successful list with Iron Thorns, because it would shut down Eevee ex's ability. But it does seem like a fun deck, especially when Radiant Charizard rotates so theres no easy fire attacker that can oneshot you with a single prizer.
I think this is just an impossible matchup for Dragapult. Leafeon probably can't beat Drago, but that won't be in format very long. It also probably beats Zard because it can OHKO it with the second attack. It will likely lose to Bolt pretty hard, since hitting 300 is realistic for them at most stages of the game, and the heal just isn't enough.
I’d love to see your take on an eeveelution toolbox kind of deck. Probably flareon as main attacker to go get energies for whatever follow up (espeon, sylveon?) eeveelution is good in the matchup. Not sure if it’s viable but I think it’d be sweet
