This is a very Celtic sounding tune. Bluegrass music at it's best. This is the roots of country music and needs to have far more radio rotation. Listeners of country music are hearing a shift to rock when they need to be hearing more acts like these ladies and the bands and other musicians that they play with.
along with billy strings, sarah Jarosz, sarah Watkins, aoife odonovan and aj lee, these two superb people have fed my soul during the last few years. x
Two modern day legends 😍
I’ve watching this again and again and again. I can’t stop this. My heart is filled with feeling of longing, lonesome, and happiness.
Absolutely love these ladies! Young sound engineers take note...This is what live acoustic music should sound like...wonderfully uncompressed and natural! Bravo!!!
This is what music is supposed to be like.
Why am I crying?
Heart-stopping beauty.
I love the shy smile at Sierra when Molly realises how good they sound on this one....
I'm so glad this popped up in my feed. These two young women are shining lights of their generation in music. By the way, this is a song that Molly co-wrote with Steve Poltz. It's on Poltz's 2019 "Shine On" CD
Two of the best there ever was! I love these ladies.
I keep coming back to this one
Good God the beauty going on here.
A good song and two exceptional musicians. Molly’s singing is much better than it was ten years ago. She projects!
Molly is a real queenie! Soooo....unassuming! Love her!
Watching again - speechless at the perfection...
Just stinkin' gorgeous.
Bravo, un peu de douceur dans ce monde de brute !! Vive la musique !!
A lovely performance by both ladies.
Molly's Pre War guitar sounding great! And so are Molly and Sierra.
That was perfect. I love both of these women.
Molly and Sierra 2 angels on earth. Beautiful women , lovely song !!!!!
I hope that the pandemic doesn’t drive a stake through the heart of live music. Live performance is the bread and butter for musicians.
These kids are keeping the vibe alive
Really enjoying this wonderful collaboration
Why would anyone dislike this? So good!
Love this!!!
Perfection ❤
Oh Molly...you truly are the best thing since sliced bread! Every song and video you're on, whether solo or with other artist(s), is so good. I have been fortunate to see you twice here in the UK....when are you coming back?!
I love the harmony by two of you.
Plain Beautiful ❤️
and that, boys and girls, is how its done
I just adore these two ladies ❤❤
Fantastic... Ringing like they should...
this is sublime
and the angels sang....
Outstanding !
Great harmonies
The best of the best ,
How great, thanks🥰
Fab!
That was so beautiful.
Awesome
Really nice!
Sooooo nice ladies!
what a time to be alive
💙
Great song! Put Molly and Sierra together and it becomes something special. Their arrangement and performance is much better than the Steve Poltz original. By the way, Molly co-wrote this with Poltz. She also performed it with him on his album. Thanks Berklee for doing a superb job on the sound and sharing this with us!!!
Very complementary; that duo, Molly Tuttle has a distinctive Light Brass sound to her voice at full power, and Sierra Hull adds the flute like voicing. Very impressive acoustic division of labor, I always heard both instruments clearly. The overall presentation rivals those old Simon and Garfunkel tunes.
I've heard about this song, but I've never heard this song the words are very American country, and the music sounds Celtic i think it is one of the better written things shes done.I would buy it recorded just like this, and that's Steve Poltz i believe he co wrote it with Molly.
Hi Molly Angel - you and your buddy are so cute on this one! Very sweet indeed ! I m loving this! 🍻🍾🥂 🥝🍃💐 Bw.🦋
I was feeling a little blue until i watched this.
they need to guest star on pbs with celtic women, this song is perfect for show.
👏👌❤🌹
U 2 XXX
Is there a recording of this by Molly on a CD
They are not yet 30 and already are National Treasures.
