Just a thought: If the Scooby gang would get into "Avatar" universe, Azula would probably hate Daphnie ("first Zuko takes my mother, and then this red-headed girl takes my voice? How will i ever recover from the ashes of such humiliation?").
It’s most ludicrous bc each one sounds the same enough to recognise it’s her, yet different enough that they don’t sound exactly the same. Some modern VAs could learn from this.

It makes perfect sense. Grey isn't doing a crap ton of different voices by changing her voice, she just has a really good understanding of her own voice: what her vocal range is, what sounds she can and can't make, talking nasally or out of her chest or somewhere in between, what registers and accents to use for each character. Even just the slightest change in how you talk can make a huge difference.

I think one character she does exceptionally well is catwoman, just like how mark hamill described about Kevin Conroy, "It was one of those perfect scenarios where you had the right guy for the right exact part." Now when I think of catwoman, only grey griffin pops up into my head. She is perfect for catwoman, her voice range too is amazing
Agreed. Her portrayal of Catwoman in the Arkham games is the most defining adaptation of the character imo. I just think of her performance whenever reading a comic or I thinking of the character.

Just got back from a con where she was at in Kansas City gotta say one of the nicest actresses I ever met she actually gave me a giant plushie crochet Appa as a gift for me losing my dog I've been wrecked for 2 months officially by the loss of her and I may have told her a bit about my loss and how when I was away from my dog for a few months Clifford the big red dog helped me cope with being away and it's helping me now and as she was walking away from break she gave me that giant plush Appa signed and it's been a week now and she is still one of the nicest actresses I ever met
