Just want to let you know that, for some reason, this Video isn't included in the list of Formal Logic lectures. Not sure if that was intentional or not.
Murder is the intentional killing of a human being. Abortion is deliberately ending a fetus' life. I'm not so sure that saying abortion is murder is a value claim. The definitions are similar. The real question is can a fetus be categorised as a human being? Value claims say it is good or bad. Is it positive or negative?

Why does he persist in saying "lexiconal" whereas it is LEXICAL? And value-laden instead of "laiden (sic!)".
