I'm thinking about putting a set on my GSA. How is the heat transfer through them? That is my only concern is not having enough heat in my grips.

It's a noticeable decrease in the time it takes for the grips to get hot. You're going to get a bit impatient if you want instant heat. These slow down transmission by 50% but once they warm up, they're just as hot as stock.
