You can take two brand new identical model iPhones, swap the screens between the two, and both will have a popup warning showing "We do not recognize the display as a genuine Apple part". Yep, two brand new and identical model iPhones will complain about Apple's own screens when simply swapped around. It's crazy and stupid!

I have an iPhone 12 max. All the latest updates and now my flashlight comes on sometimes just when it feels like it I think I never did it before. I don’t know if I’m doing something or the phone is. But I’ve never had this problem. Anybody else having this problem?
Is it the same for iPads? Because every since I updated to iOS 15, my iPad runs into an issue where it practically becomes unresponsive to touch over a short span of time (2-3 weeks or so) and I’ve done everything from resetting to a complete restore from back up and the problem persists.
You guys saved a phone....have an Apple 13 and after this morning it did to respond to touch...well...did the up/down volume and left hand button press...the phone DID turn of and powered UP and waaaalaaaaa. MacGyver, FTW! Out of the blue, my screen stopped responding to touch. Forced restart wasn't helpful. A few firm squeezes in the area you suggested, and it's back. Awesome advice, and timely! Now I'm off to back up in case it stops again and I need to reset or replace.

I had just bought the latest iPhone and was playing a mobile game with my friend on discord and didn't realise it almost had no battery until it shut down (was so closebtocwinning tje game) i panicked and immediately charged and turned it on and my lockscreen wouldn't budge but i could still hold the power button for siri /emergency but couldn't touch anything on screen. The hard reset (done multiple times) did not work. However, for whatever strange reason, taking off the Otterbox case completely, letting the phone sit for 10 minutes, boom, came back to life. This is the second time in 4 months this happened with my iPhone XR and both times this worked. Perhaps in taking off the phone case I pressed on the magic spot on the phone as mentioned in your video. Thank you!

@@mlg2766 unfortunately no. Outside of turning it off and on again (which only temporarily fixes the issue), I have yet to find a solution to this.
