@@greg_callaghan Further to this, if you're able to give insight into how you structure your training over a longer period with consideration to building base fitness, VO2 max, strength etc, that would be amazing.
Such a great insight, thanks for sharing; I'll be updating my hydration technic for hard days from now on!!.... I'm really looking forward to the upcoming content!!!
At least I know what the FFs were for now 😂 Some great little hacks there Greg. Taking notes for Trans Madeira in September. Would be keen to see a fork set up video too. Have the Zebs as well but would love to see some pointers on their set up for you.
Nice vid, casual yet informative and useful, got a new sub in me 👍 how many tokens in your Zeb? Not that I know how much you weigh but settings seemed very similar to my Zeb 😎
There is no way you are tall enough for that saddle height at full extension . 😂 Maybe it is a TV perspective, but your bb in relation to saddle looks high. Or maybe im high
You should do a video about what your normal week of training is like
Yeah that'd be a great one!

Very informative 🙌
Thank you Greg for your insights :)
No worries!
Hey,
How much spacers do you run in your shock and fork ?
Cheers man
Good man Greg!
I would like to know if you used any back protection and which one. Currently training to do the Epic in 2025. Cheers 🤟
I wore the Leatt Reaflex chest protector. Good luck, it’s a crazy but awesome race!
What is your measurement ? Weight ?
What make was the waterproof bag you used for your goggles? That looks perfect for something like Trans Madeira.
for the rebound of your fork you start from open or close ?
It’s always a race Greg 👍

Nice one laaa
