stick is much better to shift on such conditions from the drivers perspectives

The paddle shifters aren't mounted on the steering but on the column instead. Means it does not follow the steering movement. On a small track with tight corners the steering is very busy hence hard to reach the paddle shifters

@@szejsoo there is nothing wrong with the paddles on column. Indeed the driver is using the steering wheel in the incorrect way. hands at 9-15 rule.
