How do you suggest that we approach topics that are likely to produce visceral reactions or draw up subconscious fears?
When I die, (assuming that transplantation technology doesn't outpace the need for human organs) I want to donate my brain, corneas, heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and skin. I also want college students to study my bones and science supply providers to turn my tissues into microscope slides. Whatever can't be used can feed the vultures (in a legal manner) or "cremated" via alkaline hydrolysis. Why? Because I love helping people and learning. Unfortunately, when I try to talk about this, a lot of people see it as morbid or like don't value my body.
