Ek taraf to section 10 me time barred kiya gya h for any time while in part VIII in the schedule there are some time limitation has beed prescribed. There is some confusion. Ek taraf section 10 kahta h ki time barred nhi h kabhi bhi suit institute kr sakte ho dusri taraf PART VIII me time diya hua h movable n immovable property ke baare me . So please clear my point..
