Sorry me again😬I totally GET & understand what you're saying, about how GF's can be down RIGHT awful..my so called BFF sexually assaulted me😢 It was one of the worst things that happen to me.. I have no friends! The FEW I had, LEFT after I was in a series car accident. It's been over 15 YEARS, & I've tried making NEW GF, but they already HAVE there group OR to busy!! So I completely UNDERSTAND, how TRULY lonely it is when you have no friends, no mom, only have my dad who is dating & i haven't been on a date in 21 years! I pray for friendship & meeting THAT special person! Who knows...😪😰
Can I tell you how freaking refreshing it is to hear there was absolutely no drama with the girls on your trip? I LOVE that you all can be together and lift each other up and there is no catiness and no drama. I have struggled so hard with girl friendships in the past that always turned into drama. This gives me hope that there are many women out there like you and that group of ladies that I can make friends with and not have to worry about un-necessary drama. I want there to be this with all women and want us to all stand together one day without jealousy, catiness or drama. I follow a bunch of the creators that went and have loved all of their energy. Can't wait to see what you guys do in the future!

I was like nope! 😂 I lost my best friend at the time because of it because all she ever wanted to do was go clubbing and I didn’t and I’d say let’s do something during the day but she’d be sleeping all day recovering. So we just kind of faded apart. When I turned 21 I didn’t even go out clubbing. And years later….I don’t regret it one bit! It’s just not for me 😂

Glamlite really missed an opportunity to do an orange blush for velma and a purple for daphne. Or they could have gone with their hair colors, orange and red. Like the idea was right there. At least the velma lippies were orange... and overall this collection is soo cute!
You’re so right! A true orange and true lilac/lavender blush would have pushed me to buy and would have been PERFECT for the characters.

"Women friendships are Hard" made me tear up, because I can't tell you how much so many women relate to this, myself included! I think one of the main reasons I will never forget the few hours I got to spend with you, Sam, Karen, Kelly G, Molly, and Ashley in NYC back in 2019 is because I got to see and feel female friendships that were rooted in respect, instead of jealousy and fake smiles. I have always wanted to have a circle of close female friends, so every woman that I love, trust and respect that walks into my life, I cherish! Some... break my heart, but the ones that stick, are worth the effort and the pain the others cause. I wish we could all get there without all the tears and heartache, hurt and anger, and that more women supported one another, not just while it's convenient , but because they truly want to see us all succeed and cared for!!! I always follow your trips when the other YT gals are involved, not only because I watch you all, and do feel like I have parasocial relationships with some, but also, because it gives me hope that more women that are truly kind and uplifting exist! I get to have the circle of friends I have always wanted to, even if just vicariously through those I am always cheering for :). I can't wait to see what Sam & Cymbre plan next!!!! Btw, I finally tried your brushes for the first time this week and they are FANTASTIC, congrats again on the stellar first release :)

You changed my life by showing me some of the most special, hardworking, creative indie brands, allowing me to find some lifelong brands to support and wear makeup that actually makes me happy (like Terra Moons. They’re to die for) and also showing me different ways to use my makeup to make me feel the most beautiful and confident, even when I’m struggling internally with my mental health. You came into my life when I was going through a very dark time but I swear your channel has just been a beacon of light and hope for me. Even though friendships are already established, it’s always a true blessing when women take the time to sit down and talk, laugh, cry, (laugh so hard you cry 😂), face to face!! I think the past few years has really changed how lots of friendships function & not for the better in many cases, so to see all of the photos/vlogs & hear the stories of how wonderful the trip was warms my heart !

Yes! Bigger brands release the same stuff and don't care to listen. They just expect audiences to buy whatever they release. Some have begun to listen now that indie has taken over.

I'm so glad you had a great time. It's always been hard for me to have friendships with women. As I've gotten older, I'm now 40 workout children, and I find it harder to make new friends.
This trip sounds like it should become more of the norm for trips like this (with creators and brands). I think creators bonding together and forming/strengthening their community is more important than brand trips that include a bunch of free stuff at a super expensive location. As Samantha would say, community over competition!

I've had some rough female friendships too. I have people that will be my friends forever but weeding them out has been difficult. I'm an empath and a giver so I often get people that just take and take and manipulate and mistreat me in my life. Eventually I'll catch on but it takes years of being treated pretty badly before I can't take it. Or I'll have nothing left to give and I never hear from them again.
But oh… such a beautiful parrot😮😉👍🏻🥰🙏🏻 so gifted, so talented I have learned so much from you and I will be 64 in a couple of months. I always thought once I started something that had to stay that way but watching how you layer and have gone back and change the look. Omg! Love it! stay true to you be you! You do it so well!
When you said the makeup case had been restocked I immediately went to their website and ordered. I have never done that for any other product, but I love scooby-doo and had to grab it.

I was thinking how smart it would be for like smaller(ish) brands getting together and doing a similar type trip. Then like you were reading my mind you started talking about the trips you went on in Sweden. Plus it seems like trips where there are smaller group of creators with less chance of drama or problems in general; would be good for both the brands and the beauty space overall. All the general population hears about the beauty creators and this space I love so much is the worst of the worst. Plus it's just good to be able to get together and have time to just be together and spend time with like minded others but who are still so different.

I totally understand how you feel about relationships with other girls. At school girls were always mean to me, I was bullied all the time and even now at work I get criticised, but I don't care. And I don't like being around women very much, I have some good girl friends, but in general I feel the competition and the stress.
That trip sounds amazing. I vote for it to held in the UK next time. I’d never be able to go (not that I would ever expect to be invited to something like this) because I’m one of those people with horrible social anxiety.
