Great guide. I've been grinding Sardegna mainly and haven't done this race since they made the CRB change. I'm going to try this out instead since it looks like a lot of fun. Do you know if you're still able to wall ride the first corner all the way through without losing the CRB?
Chris, remember I told you I needed to get the Ferrari invite again for the Enzo? Well I got the Ferrari invite 2 days in a row!!! So I bought another LaFerrari, 2 Enzo's and 4 more FXX's, now I have every color, lol. Take advantage of it while I can. Now I need 1 more car, the 1938 Alfa Romeo to complete the collection.
That's crazy I was waiting for the invite forever and when I click the daily reward I said Ferrari out loud and sure enough there it was spinning and landed on it. That was today.

Then I started getting bored and figured I'd finish the collection. So I needed 3 cars. 1 was the Bvlgari VGT that wasn't released for me, 2 is the 1938 Alfa Romeo and then the Enzo. Then I get the invite 2 days in a row after waiting for months
@@Doughtinator well it has changed in which it's not always top left but I had 6 tickets last night that I opened and nothing was really that good except for a stage 5 weight reduction. All the other ones were pretty terrible

Very nice guide, Chris, 👏. It looks like a blast! Track limits (mainly the hairpin), overtaking on a yellow flag and clattering into your opponents will invalidate your bonus here. Nothing other than awareness can be dine about the first two, but the last one can be affected by your actions. If you do bash into an opponent, let them re- pass you, let two corners happen without re-overtaking them and your bonus should be unaffected, 😊. I have tested this by kiboshing an A.I. off track at said hairpin and allowed their recovery and sat behind for those two corners, full bonus, 😊. Like deployed 👍 😎🎙🏎✅️
Was fun but lost my clean race bonus as usual. For the fun of it I threw on racing softs and used it on Sardegna 800pp. I did a one stop with only a touch of fm2 to make it. Also had difficulty on easy. Enjoyed knowing that I was getting the clean bonus regardless how "clean" the race went. About 2 minutes total time longer then a real 800pp vehicle but still fun.
This car has ridiculous fuel efficiency (in a good way) WTC700 on Le Mans grind guide from you was fun to repeat I'll try this WTC600 Tokyo guide too 😊
@@Doughtinator Well, it depends on what our priority is Both events yield same credits If we're looking for shorter event, we can choose Tokyo WTC600 (but I find this event kinda boring 😅) But if we're looking for more interactive event (from dynamic weather), we can choose LeMans WTC700 (about 4-5 mins longer than Tokyo WTC600)

The Le Mans is an better grind tbh, more fun and easier to do this does seem like it can potentially be an smidge faster but the 1st 2 laps r goin to be so risky with the ai n small width of the track, i prefer the wider more breathable le mans track
As more of a beginner to sim racing, racing and gran turismo, I would love a video or series of videos where you actually pause and point to the brake points you’re talking about. Maybe just for the main circuits. I’d love to stop using the brake indicators and something like that would help the newbies out lol Thanks for these videos though! They definitely help
Glad you find them useful. I’ve done some other videos that are more specific to track guides but I will defo consider covering the grind tracks to point out my reference points etc 👍🏻
finished in 27.44 and the second was 0.2 behind, def a way harder race the le mans.. not worth the actual effort you need to put into it, actually lost the clean race bonus somewhere.... not gonna grind this at all, call me bad but this is not easy.
It’s the hardest grind of them all for sure. But I think it has the potential for the biggest money per hour. But as you say. The clean race bonus is so easy to lose.
@@Doughtinator i do like the focus on automatic as i use the controller, would love to see a 800pp automatic monster for Sardegna for a 1 stop strategy, so far i tried the mazda lm55 (non gr1) and did a 26min run 1 stop with big margins for improvement, take a look at it!
@Franseven yeah I’m trying to consider all drivers in the future. I think my R92CP NISSAN build is solid on controller. It’s quite a safe car to drive. Great fuel efficiency too 👍🏻
@@Doughtinator unfortunately i don't have any rare legendary cars as i got back into gt7 2 years later (after playing it at launch) if you could keep the focus on non legendary cars that would be nice. Hopefully the nissan will be back in store soon

Far as I know wall riding still ok.
Yeah wall rides are ok. I think it’s yellow flag infringements. Bumping other cars and track limits. I think that’s All.

Yeah the clean race bonus problem at Tokyo is a real pain.
I could only get second with this. The car just cant keep up. The tires definitely make it extremely hard to deal with.

The more you race, the easier to know. These are real life tracks and similar to professional racers, you almost have to have them memorized
