The fact that we’re here. I feel like this could have been resolved a decade ago, but the powers that be decided getting Americans to hate each other was far more lucrative than preventing child murder.
I would almost work for free to be an armed security officer at a school. More so If they also fund my ammo use at the range to ensure profencancy. Even handloading it cost a lot to go practice at the range.....
@@michaelaustin334 I dont think they mean physically handling weapons I think they mean teaching kids how firearms work and how to avoid doing anything dangerous with them.
This shouldn't even be a discussion, we already know how to keep stuff safe. Everything valuable in the world is protected by guns, except the kids for some reason. Liberals are ok with guarding banks and politicians with guns, but when I want to protect kids with guns they claim it's a horrible world we live in, ban guns. The answer is so obvious.
GOOD. Teachers should be allowed to carry them too. If a rogue teacher wants to bring a gun into a school to use for evil they can do so easily, so why are we making it impossible for law abiding teachers to carry their own firearms?
so you get to sleep in your own bed every night, and can leave campus when not enrolled in a class or on lunch hour. able to do as you please on weekends, holidays, teacher work days and get 3 months to do nothing every year..... remind me which prison it is exactly that follows those same protocols?
The reason this is happening at all is because parents think this way and are lazy and don't raise their kids. Most don't even wake up and get their kids off to chool any longer. I see them all the time walking to school in crocks and pajamas. Zero discipline and just a lazy apathetic society now.
I remember teaching when every truck in the school parking lot, had a rifle hanging in the window during elk season...
Meanwhile in Poland: making it mandatory for kids how to use rifles in case of a threat was to happen…
Give them a raise, that's how you keep kids safe
If they put armed guards in courthouses & banks. Schools should have them too!
its now required in public schools in kentucky

Actually locking the door will help as well.
Great work! Should be nationwide!
We had that in my rural midwestern school a decade ago lol
good armed schools save lives

I wouldn't want a cornball like you anywhere near my kids
They should teach the kids how to use those weapons in kindergarten.
A bit excessive should be a bit older

A very good idea, keep our children SAFE!

I haven't been in a bank with an armed guard (or any guard) in 50 years.
You can come up with money for guns…. But not raises?
I love this ❤

Soon: "School resource officer on paid leave after tasering a 6 year-old"
Nice fantasy idiot
Absolute nonsense
Why Why Why?
Good
It has begun
What is "It"? The Government finally protecting kids rather than further endangering them?
Common sense
Well that's not very woke.
At this point school is no different from a prison
No
Prison keep bad people in. The guns point inward. The schools are trying to keep the bad people out. They point their guns outward. No comparison
Wrong a prison keeps evil locked in the school just wants to keep evil out

@@donnygames1796 it's most definetely a lazy parental self endulged issue that now we all have to take action to protect our families every day.
Thats crazy, armed guards. Bet the kids feel like they are in prison.
Nothing crazy about it I think you're just a democrat
Everything seems crazy when your worldview is bass ackwards 🤣
Only in Idaho..
