Finally, an honestly named channel by member of the collector community. We got to see Archie Luxury actually do this, but he didn't have the foresight to see it coming. The pandemic helped me save money, which I then promptly spent on watches. Now, the inflation is killing my chances to scoop up some of the limited editions variants out there and I am still licking my wounds. A few days ago, I ordered the Seestern black MOP Sub 300T homage and I'm in that hold pattern, waiting for delivery and my unboxing vid fix.
I've had my V2 Seestern in teal for about 3 weeks now. Hasn't been off my wrist. Lume is fantastic. Lumed date wheel was a $10 uncharge which you had to click for that separately. Mine has it. Great. Super accurate movement too. Love it.
looking forward to your thoughts on the seestern, after i got my bulova devil diver ive had a thing for those cushion styled cases. love the doxa look but cant justify spending that much. been on the fence about the seestern but i think i might pull the trigger soon
Tactical Frog is a shit watch, and Seestern is a copy watch never tested to 200m - ok. Vostok is a genuine, reliable, and unique watch. Tried and tested to 200m. Vostok wins!

Why do people buy Chinese copies. A total waste of money. The Vostok is very nice. It's that Chinese attention to detail like the spelling of international that exudes confidence... Lol

both caters for different taste and purchasing priorities in the market. Vostok has interesting horology history and unique designs. Even though Chinese is not known for originality, in terms of quality and execution they have progressed substantially over the years, listening to the demands from the market, giving people more option in the market for affordable mechanical watch category that previously dominated by Japanese (and partly Russian) brands.

Picked up two of the Seesterns myself, essentially as colour testers for picking up a Doxa sub. They're interesting watches and i think are probably riding the fine line between homage and replica. Quality wise, vs a modern Doxa sub (or even a vintage one) they definitely feel cheap, the bezel is way too light and easilly turned, the bracelet is terrible, sharp edges and not easy to articulate, and the whole thing feels very lightweight, not to mention i paid for a rubber straps with both watches and never received them :( All those negatives out of the way, the lume is better than a Doxa sub 300t, and the lumed date is cool as hell, plus you could literally buy 3 of them for the price of a single rubber strap for a Doxa!

I just received the identical Seestern watch today. I got a free rubber band with mine I didn’t see you unpack one
Yep. I did not get a free rubber strap. 😔
Vostok a genuine watch!
Cool watches, really like the super bright yellow Vostok.
Radioactive yellow for the win!
The Seestern offers both a lumed date wheel and a non lumed date wheel. You pick the option when ordering. It’s a good watch.

That went well , bloodless even . ✂️ Scissorless too ! 🍸 🏆 👍
I'm requesting that you do reviews blitzed, sauced. Baa ha ha ha ha ha
I’m worried that would come across like those old Orson Welles wine commercials. Lol 😂. Look up the outtakes of those if you don’t know what I mean.

Version 1 all had lumed date wheels. Version 2 you have to order it that way

Why the hate? A good homage makes unaccessible watches affordable for many of us who can't drop the coin for the real thing.
