Is it wrong to have my weight shifted on my back foot when I jab?
If that makes sense lol
depends of the purpose of the jab. if u are preparing an attack then u should be on the front foot. but if u want to keep opponent at bay and are in defending mode it makea sense to be on the back foot while throwing.
For the jab, your weight can be on either foot. It all depends on what type of jab you want to throw
