why are you using water before appication of Ppf sheet?

Great question ! This was done to clear out any fine dust particles on the body that can get trapped under the PPF. Prior to this step the body is completely polished and all swirl marks are removed. The surface is slick so the water takes away any fine dust. An essential process.
