I had one similar to yours by Neewer just all black, longer/bigger than the one you have and it is called "The Neewer Professional Camera Trolley Case/Photo Studio Equipment Rolling Bag". The handle is a weak point and the plastic body will crack/shatter. This happened to me on a flight home to Kyiv two years back. I did not repair mine I just threw it away and invested in a Think Tank Production manager. Expensive and extremely well made but cheaper than damaging or losing your gear.

1:54 cordura is the name of the fabric. It's a nylon fabric good for rugged applications but will eventually loose strength if exposed to sunlight.
