Thanks so much, this saved me many hours trying to figure out how to calibrate my new spindle. Finally got it working with Mach3 and my Pokey57CNC Controller. Great job.
Thanks for sharing, I’m about to do the same. I noticed that the Mach3 manual says the lower the pwmbase freq the more steps you have but you say it’s the opposite.
which series vfd did you get? I just bought the GT which is supposed to have vector control to work better with mach 3, wondering if i still have to do this
Thank you. What is your break board ?... Could you show up your connection ? I try mine whit the RNR, and the frequency fluctuate a lot... Also, those the excel sheet work for 60Hz as it work in 50Hz ?
I have been having the same rpm fluxuation issues as you have, so i have changed my PWM base frequency to 2083and my minimum PWM % to 0, but MAch 3 keeps kicking back an error saying I must enter an enterger, or number. So if I put some thing in it doesn't work. Do you know what I could have wrong in my settings?

I am using OpenOffice for the spreadsheet, I input all the data but I cannot find the file anywhere when I press the create file button.
