Shhhh, Penn State is horrible, that stat means nothing .... Yeah it is frustrating to see how everyone just ignores the fact that Michigan literally said "you're the best at defending the run, ok watch this".
Did michigan just troll the rest of the bigten and their critics with the game plan they had? 32 straight run plays since the 7min mark of the 2nd quarter against the best rush defense in the country?? The whole...you know what we're gonna do, signs be damned, and you will still take your beating like a man lol
The rule the broke is a minor rule. Even the NCAA says it not a meaningful rule. This is the most over blown situation ever in CFB. And the idiocy of media types to keep this hyperbolic line of thinking going will not age well.
Nice analysis. It was super fun watching our "Massive" package move the #1 defense against the run out of the way. PSU is a good team. Good win against a good team
Sorry, but based on what we know now, Michigan did not break a rule and, no Todd, Michigan does not admit to having broken a rule. Look at the rule. Putting aside the CMU sideline thing, which is not confirmed, not a thing that Stalions did violated any rule. Did he find a way around the rule? Sure. But that's not breaking a rule.
Not to mention the supposed “video evidence” they have of Stallion’s alleged scouters would be incredibly hard to prove what was going on. You know how many people got their phones out recording during games these days? I think Michigan will get punished in some way at some point but man the haters gonna be mad asf when it’s barely a slap on the wrist.
I think he’s mistaking Michigan not constantly leaking stuff to the press to mean the same thing as admitting they broke rules. No, Todd, they’re big boys and they’re going to handle this through the proper channels like big boys do.
Exactly the only reason this is in the news is because Michigan is the best team in college football by far....consider this Ohio State is 10-0 yet they have no chance vs Michigan. They'll want Day fired. This will be a non story come the off-season.

If PSU had a QB who could complete short passes to get first downs….UM wouldn’t have had those 32 rushes. PSU’s offense put their defense in a bad situation. Worst QB play I’ve seen.
Agree I've been to Happy valley and seen some games and I root for PSU when not rooting for Michigan. They have been so close for so long. One day they will put it all together. Rooting for PSU.
Mmm, the local as well as the national talk was, well, Michigan hasn't played anyone all year. They didn't play anyone the last two years and still owned the Big Ten. They've won what, 20 straight big ten matchups now since late October 2021? It's an absolute joke how Michigan is perceived by the media. Remember, TJ Fleck, HC at Minnesota, said that this Michigan team is the best team he's ever seen in 11 years as a HC. Go fing Blue! And f the Big Ten
Are we not going to mention Penn St had the top RUSHING defense? For Michigan to not throw a single pass in the second half is remarkable.
Shhhh, Penn State is horrible, that stat means nothing ....
Yeah it is frustrating to see how everyone just ignores the fact that Michigan literally said "you're the best at defending the run, ok watch this".
Again…very bad PSU QB play. You won’t see anything remotely close.

ITS A MAJOR RULE THEY BROKE. WORST VIOLATION IN COLLEGE FOOTBALL HISTORY

They broke a rule. You pay the penalty! stop trying to justify rule breaking. Otherwise, get rid of the refs and lets go UFC on the grid iron.

Michigan has beaten four teams with a winning record this season. 👍
And?
Provided we win out it's a moot point.
Michigan beat the teams that were put on their schedule 10 years ago when it was made
Yeah, but you cheated and you’re going to pay.
But, but, they cheated. Their guys were bigger than our guys. 😂

Remarkable? They threw 8 passes. Total.
That’s the definition of remarkable
Well, 9 actually. But that one in the 2nd half was a pass interference so it doesn't count as an official pass attempt.

If Michigan couldnt block Penn States pass rush, tOSU is gonna cause problems too. Their pass rush/defense is really good too.

no it’s not lol. Penn State way better
Ohios ends dont even compare to penn st. No ones ends do.
And they're gonna stop the run too just like last year, right? 😂
Good point but it's all about matchups? Look at last year against Illinois. You just don't know how things are going to go game to game.
Cheaters
You’ll be vacating these wins soon enough.
Unlikely. There would need to be a lot more there than just sign stealing.

Agree, the other big ten schools have had what 100 years to figure out how to play football, That's not Michigan's fault.
Yuo know what's "remarkable"? That Michigan got to play this game. They should have forfeited the remainder of the season, pending further action.
