Changing A 97 Blazer Window Regulator On Your Own

I provide some quick tips if you are on your own and need to replace the window regulator on a 97 chevy blazer.
This regulator type is used on other chevy vehicles

About removing the window? I need to take one window off my parts Blazer on driver side

To remove a window, remove the vertical track in the front first. Two 10 mm bolts. One just under the speaker. With the window at half up, gently move the window forward. Roller #1 should be released from the track. An OEM track has a tab that must be depressed before removal. Roller #2 should fall from its channel too. You then tilt the window forward (front of window down, back of window up/higher) at an angle and lift the window gently, Roller #3 should clear the track and fall out or fall out with human assistance. Then lift the window out. Make sure the outer weather strip was removed at the beginning.
