@@backenddrakevery fight starts on the feet, he will likely work on the take down defense and get the pressure going with strikes early on in the fight.
@@instaman34 i dont trust dustin to avoid takedowns for 5rds and only look for damage on the feet Islam’s style will take the rounds away from him points wise and drain him slowly i just believe the fight will slowly side to Islam. Dustin is one my favorites All time but Islam is part of the evolution of MMA facts

Love Dustin but he was absolutely gifted this fight. Worked out since everyone ahead of him fought on 300 card and Islam wasn’t doing anything during Ramadan like khabib used to do. I don’t see him winning, but it’s be incredible if he managed to get it done.

All jokes aside, Dustin is a dangerous opponent for Islam. That KO power can come any moment and a clean shot can knock out anyone. I'm not a huge fan of DP but the man has the best boxing in the UFC. I'm kind of getting the Stipe v Ngannou vibes.

Dustin's 2nd fight with holloway was closer to 48-47 than 49-46 and won only because of max not bulking up properly.

I would love to see Max stay at 155. He looked proper at 155 this time. I do not think weighing in at championship weight would hurt him. Unlike his first scrap at 155 with Dustin - Max looked like a healthy 155'er this past weekend.

If you think about it Islam vs Dustin makes the most sense if you want Islam to be active, Charles and Justin just lost , Arman denied the fight needing more time so Dustin is the only logical one to pick, and considering his last fight against Benoit I’d say he deserves a shot to test the rather new champion considering Islam had only fought one top ranking lightweight once and porier is a veteran to the game

Gotta back my guy, The Diamond. Ever since I watched the Dan Hooker fight (fairly new to the UFC)… I thought, this dude is my guy. Great fighter and great attitude. Islam (Khabib 2.0) is dull! I accept that MMA involves wrestling but I can’t help but find the wrestling heavy fights kinda dull… must be so frustrating if you’re a fighter that wants to bang on the feet, to be constantly taken down!
