You can fight Cynthia with another Cynthia, or team up with another player's Cynthia, but its not like the game will stop you from using the characters you PAID for, just cause they happen to also be on your opponents team, or your ally's team. You also never see two of the same character in a Cutscene or at the Pokemon Center, barring Petrel or a Ditto disguising themselves as a character. You really don't know much about Pokemon Masters EX, do ya?
