Nice items Jerry! I love the postcard at 2:51, because I always liked that stamp in particular. 6:52 those are from Croatia. That booklet at 8:31 is interesting. Says Alfa Laval on the cover which produce valves and more engineering products. I have a lot to do with them in my job. I like those postcards with Luxemburg on it. There are forgeries of the stamps around, unsure about the postcards. Thanks for the video Jerry. Was a good selection you got for the prize you paid!

      Hi Chris.
I am glad you enjoyed the video.
There are some nice items I got in the package, I bought it mainly for the German stamps but the others were a great bonus.
Interesting information about the booklet, I will look into it further.

Hello Jerry. 🙂I googled Bridlington and it is a beautiful town. I like the Old Town area and the seaside area the most. It must be nice to be there, apart from the nice stamp shop. You bought a good haul of stamps, and there seems to be a good number of German stamps that you can add to your collection. The stamp you asked about at 9:42 The Oranje Vrijstaat (Dutch) Orange Free State (English) Oranje Vrystaat (Afrikaans) was one of the sovereign areas which eventually became part of the Union of South Africa (in southern Africa). The Orange Free State was first a a Boer republic. It remained independent until 1900, when it became the Orange River Colony after the Boers were defeated by the British in the Second Boer War. The orange tree on the stamp represents the Dutch Royal Family, House of Orange.

Hello Charnie, the promenade in Bridlington and Beach is quite nice, too. There is a nice harbour area, and the fish and chips are very good.
Thanks for the information about the stamp. It's very interesting.
The place I buy stamps also sells other collectables and books and I find its good value, I can never leave without buying some stamps 😊.

      Yet another nice haul Jerry!
I especially like the first day cover you showed in the beginning with the animals on it and the set of 4 Bayern stamps 😊
