I'm the polite guy at the beginning and I have to say Dvorah is such a fun character for her setups and I definitely recommend trying to pick her up if you want to
She's not the most top tier character but definitely not the lowest either. She's good for setups and honestly now is the best time to learn her. Not a lot of people actually know her gameplay or how to fight her at all. I, myself struggle heavily against d'vorah's due to how little I see her online. I'd say definitely give it a try
